1. Staff speaks English, Japanese so communication was never an issue.
2. Bed was super cool and we slept nicely.

We also like the food at the breakfast buffet, very delicious and worth the price. There were also free biscuits and coffee outside Just Cafe in the lobby.
The staff were very friendly and nice too! Though the location is a bit off the main road, it is just next to Ten Drum Cultural Village which we could walk over easily.
