Had a fantastic hotel experience! The front desk manager upgraded us to a suite for free, seriously the best value-for-money sea-view room on the whole of Macau Island. It's a bit far from the city center, but it's incredibly quiet and not too far from the airport. The hotel is perfect for pretty girlfriends to take photos; they'll turn out great! Even though we stumbled upon it because it was featured by Zhao Lusi, I'm really satisfied! Looks like the restaurant downstairs is good too, definitely trying it next time~

The hotel's location is excellent, right across from the Sands shuttle bus stop. If you head left out of the hotel and cross a small road, you can catch free shuttles to the Venetian, Parisian, and Londoner. Also, if you exit through the back door of the lobby, you'll find yourself right at the Fisherman's Wharf with its various picturesque buildings. The room itself is very spacious, with a king-sized bed (2 meters) and a sofa in the living area. My only complaint is the 'eco-friendly water' system – you have to go out into the hallway to fill up your water bottles, which is quite inconvenient. Despite that, the location really is fantastic!

Not the most convenient location, but there’s shuttle buses provided by the hotel to/from the Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal, The Venetian and The Parisian. Shuttle buses to the hotels at Cotai Strip only starts from 11AM though, would be great if it can start earlier. The staff also made up for it with their service! They were very helpful in directing us to the bus stop that we were looking for, and helped us to break our note to give us small change so that we can get around Macau by public bus. Ron very kindly upgraded us to a sea view room and we had a very comfortable stay!

This hotel is absolutely outstanding! I arrived at 9 AM because I had a class, and the front desk staff, Maggle, along with her manager, warmly welcomed me and proactively helped me arrange luggage storage. The concierge even offered us bottled water to help us cool down. By noon, the manager called me to let me know the room was ready. They were considerate enough to call because they worried I might need an afternoon nap, letting me know I could check in anytime. During my stay, when I returned to the hotel with my luggage, the concierge noticed and immediately helped me carry it to the elevator. The room itself was clean, tidy, and well-organized, truly deserving of its five-star rating in Macau. Due to my studies, I've lived in various hotels across Macau for four years, and I'm even studying hotel management here, so I know a thing or two about the industry. To be frank, Macau hotels aren't short on luxurious facilities, but they often lack the warm, personalized service this hotel provides. Their service isn't forced; it just genuinely makes guests feel cared for. I rarely write such a long review, but I was genuinely touched by the staff at this hotel. Thank you! This will definitely be my first choice for accommodation on the main island going forward.

Booked this last minute with a friend for our trip to Macau. As soon as we arrived at the hotel entrance, staff came over to help with our luggage and guided us to check-in. The first thing I noticed when we got to the room was how spacious it felt compared to hotels in Hong Kong. It was also very clean, and the bed was super soft and comfortable. Overall, a great experience. I'd definitely book here again if I come back to Macau.

We stayed in the hotel's annex building, in a non-smoking room. The room itself was newly decorated, stylish, spacious, and comfortable. There were plenty of conveniently placed power outlets, and the lighting was very thoughtful; it gradually brightened instead of instantly turning on, which was easy on the eyes. There was no smell of smoke in the room, and it was cleaned very thoroughly. The bedding and pillows were soft and comfortable, and the service was excellent. My only minor regret was that on the first night, the duvet and pillows still had a slight smell of smoke. As I'm very sensitive to smoke, it made it hard to sleep, but after spraying some perfume, I slept soundly for the next two nights. Overall, I was very satisfied.

The location is excellent, right by the Outer Harbour waterfront, making it perfect for morning strolls. Macau is quite compact, and the Ruins of St. Paul's are just a short walk away. The hotel has a traditional style, but all its facilities are very well-maintained. It was spotlessly clean. The service was incredibly warm, attentive, patient, and polite. A great bonus was that the front desk staff were fluent in standard Mandarin.

Facilities: You can't expect too much from a three-star hotel, it has the basics. What bothered me was the very low ceiling, which felt a bit claustrophobic. The room only provided four pillows, and when I asked for an extra one, they said they didn't have any, only blankets. Hygine: I personally don't like carpets; they feel quite dirty, but I understand the need for soundproofing between floors. Also, when my child sat on the windowsill to play, we found it sticky, meaning it hadn't been cleaned or that corner was missed. Ambiance: I chose to stay in Macau's old town this time for convenience, as I found dining less convenient when I stayed in Taipa previously. Indeed, this hotel is opposite Macau Polytechnic University, surrounded by residential buildings, making daily life very convenient. I originally wanted to explore the old town thoroughly, but my plans were disrupted because a Typhoon Signal No. 8 hit right when I checked in. Service: I was already unhappy during check-in because I saw that the real-time room rate for that day had dropped by nearly half. This proves that there's no need to book hotels at a high price when visiting Macau in the future. Because it was the National Day holiday, hotel prices in Macau had skyrocketed, even more absurd than Hong Kong, probably due to the developed entertainment industry. Taipa hotels generally cost 3-4k, and even this three-star hotel was 1.2k per night, which is insane. I can understand price fluctuations and wouldn't demand a refund for the difference. However, when I asked if a room upgrade was possible since one of the guests was celebrating a birthday during the stay, I was flat-out refused. It truly is three-star service, completely lacking in human touch. I've stayed in so many five-star hotels on the mainland, and upgrades are often proactively offered when available. Later, I pointed out that their room rate had dropped by half since I booked, and asked if an upgrade was possible then. Their response was, 'You can pay an extra 100 per night for the difference…' In the end, for the sake of a more comfortable stay with my child, I didn't argue further. I decided to pay extra and upgrade to a suite myself. Then another absurd thing happened. I booked for three nights, but they told me they only saw a two-night booking from Ctrip! However, they said it was fine and would take down my order to process it. I thought they had genuinely sorted it out, but on the morning of the third day, after going out for breakfast and returning to the hotel, my room card was demagnetized… I couldn't get in, leading to another hassle of going up and down. Speechless. Finally, for the reference of other guests, the hotel is not far from Sands, and there's a bus stop for Koi Kei Bakery downstairs where you can take a mini-bus directly to Sands. From Sands, it's very convenient to get to the bustling areas of Taipa, the ferry terminal, and even direct buses to Hong Kong.

This hotel is right next to the Jai  Alai Hotel. From Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal, it only takes a few minutes to walk here, so not having a good view isn't a big deal—it's really convenient. Although they're currently renovating the exterior, and it can be a bit noisy during the day because they’re working next door, it’s not a problem if you’re out exploring during the day. Also, this hotel has an indoor pool. It's not huge, but you don't have to worry about the weather affecting it, which is a nice bonus! Another thing is that this hotel is very close to the Racing Museum, making it super convenient to visit. It's suitable for both adults and kids, so it's definitely worth a trip!

Regarding the facilities, they are very comprehensive. There's a refrigerator, and the power outlets support both UK and international standards, so you don't have to worry about not bringing an adapter. However, I still recommend bringing one or two spares. In terms of hygiene, it's clean and tidy. As for the environment, it's excellent. There are plenty of food options nearby; I highly recommend Xinkangji – the food is delicious and great value for money. The hotel is also very close to casinos like Grand Lisboa and Wynn, and not far from attractions like the Ruins of St. Paul's. Regarding the service, the front desk service is excellent; they meticulously explain everything to you.

The room is quite spacious, though a bit dated. The jacuzzi was fantastic, and the front desk service was excellent; they even upgraded me to a deluxe room. It's clean, tidy, and the location is superb, making it incredibly convenient to get anywhere. The bathroom sink is a bit small, and there's no counter space next to it, so nowhere to put a toiletry bag. The doorstop behind the bathroom door is a bit dangerous and easy to trip on. The toilet paper holder is poorly placed, not within easy reach. I hope these small details can be improved.

One of the most iconic buildings in Asian (one of the ugliest too??) with a great view over the lake from the room. A lot of options for foodies and the food quality was high. Service was good even before the holiday. However, if you are looking for a relaxing and zen holiday, this would not be ideal. The lobby is always packed; it looks like a train station. The interior design of the room... I am not capable of appreciating it (yet). Love the in-room steam shower very much.

It was overall a good experience. The hotel style and atmosphere is great. There is a good combination of historic charm and modern convenience. The bathtub was excellent!!!!! Really outstanding. The service was good and the breakfast was nice. The only issue I had (and this might be unique to my personal experience) is that the restaurant closes early and there is not many other food options in the area. There isn’t even a close convenience store or anything like that. Due to traffic at the border I arrived right after the kitchen closed and then had to try and order takeaway which was a big hassle. Anyways~ overall I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again!

If you're looking to avoid casino hotels and unreliable guesthouses, this place comes highly recommended. This hotel has hosted the country's top leaders twice, so its quality and reputation speak for themselves (it's an especially amazing experience if you're traveling with family elders who appreciate historical significance). It's located in Macau's top luxury residential area, offering a quiet environment with excellent views of the Macau Tower. The Liaison Office of the Central People's Government is right nearby, and behind it, up the hill, are some interesting churches. There are also many historical sites in the vicinity, perfect for a city walk. The only downsides are that it's a bit out of the way (wealthy areas tend to be less central) and not as convenient as hotels with casinos. While there's no direct hotel shuttle, public buses are available. If you come by metro, be prepared for a rather steep uphill walk.

The bathroom needs an upgrade, the bath tub is a bit shallow, the shower only in one place, no hose, no bidet. They got a TV, fridge, built in hair dryer but no iron for clothes The view is great from our window only if the windows were clean. Communication and service needs to be improved. We earlier communicated an early check in as we were traveling from Tokyo to Hongkong then to Macau, so we were so tired and wanted to freshen up and rest before exploring. However, they were strict with the 2pm check in but they stored our luggage while we dragged our sleepy and tired bodies in the hot and humid tourist spots. The security guards on both shifts were friendly and accommodating. The receptionists need to improve their tone when speaking and should be familiar with all the services offered by the hotel(dining options for example). Pillows were not great and gave me back and neck aches. The cleaners were great,housekeeping done daily and fresh towels and toiletries were supplied throughout the 3 night stay. It is still a bit of a walk from all the bus stops servicing major tourist spots. There is a free shuttle service to the outer harbor, not sure if they also take you to the airport.

This is my first time writing a review for any hotel as I was completely amazed by the service from Andaz Macau! 🫶🏻 As our stay coincided with my exact birthday, Yolanda 小魚 and Jonathan were very kind and gave us a free upgrade to a suite. They even prepared a handwritten card, fresh fruit, cake, pastries and a bottle of wine for the night! It was really a great surprise and I have never felt this taken care of in any hotels I had stayed in before 🥰 I went back to thank Yolanda 小魚 the next day and she emphasised how important it is for us to have an enjoyable experience during our stay! She even prepared a plushie as she knew that we were there for the table tennis match located just below the hotel 🥺 All I want to say is a big thank you to Yolanda 小魚 and I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family!

I'd been planning to visit Macau to see The House of Dancing Water after the autumn chill sets in, and while searching for a hotel, I stumbled upon The Parisian Macao. The location was great, and the price was reasonable. Although there weren't many reviews, I was still willing to try it. I was pleasantly surprised and very happy. The room rate included pick-up service, and the driver was already waiting at the pre-arranged time. The car took me directly to the hotel entrance, and after about an hour, I could check in. Luckily, the hotel upgraded me to a twin room with a view of the Eiffel Tower. I went to have lunch first, and then received a notification to check in around 3 PM. The hotel service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. This hotel is located at the southernmost tip of The Parisian Macao, making it relatively quiet and avoiding the crowds of The Venetian and The Parisian Macao. It's secluded, but it has its own convenient transportation, making it highly recommended. I would definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in Macau.

Guests staying at Line can also check in at the Grand Lisboa Palace lobby. When you check in, you'll receive a skip-the-line pass for the Wynn Palace cable car, which you definitely should get! If the front desk forgets to give it to you, ask for it. The cable car line is usually very long, so having the pass makes things much easier. Plus, there's a shuttle bus from Grand Lisboa Palace to Wynn Palace. The room cards are also Line-themed, and you can even keep one as a souvenir! In fact, when I checked out, the front desk proactively asked if I wanted to keep it. The hotel is quite thoughtful. From the lobby to the hallways and even in the rooms, everything from the tiles, wall hangings, lamps, floor mats, and amenities all feature Line elements! There's also a large balcony where you can take plenty of photos. You can take home the disposable amenities, but other items like cups are not allowed to be taken.

The location is absolutely fantastic. It's a 2-3 minute walk from the Shiliupu bus stop, and if you take the bus to the 'Xin Ma Lu' (New Road) stop, it's just a 3-5 minute stroll. This place has two other branches nearby, but this one is the largest, has the newest rooms, and boasts a bigger facade with a small leisure plaza out front. For check-in, they require your travel permit and customs slip. Communication in Mandarin was seamless. The room was listed as 10 sq m on the booking, but it felt much larger in reality, and the ceiling height was good too. It definitely felt significantly more spacious and better than a 10 sq m room in Hong Kong. Complimentary bottled water was provided, along with disposable bath towels, and the toiletries were quite good. It's close to the Ruins of St. Paul's; we went at 9 AM the next day for photos and there weren't many people around, haha. The Koi Kei Bakery egg tarts are super delicious!

It's a ten-minute walk to the Ruins of St. Paul's, with plenty of unique snacks along the way, perfect for tourists looking to experience local culture (******* Casino**). The hotel staff provided excellent service, and the room was very unique with comfortable bedding. The appliances in the room were stylish and perfectly complemented the Republican-era decor. The hairdryer was particularly good. The disposable toiletries were made of wood, which gave them a nice feel. Free minibar (once per stay): The minibar was well-stocked, and both red wine and beer were complimentary. Since I'm breastfeeding, I couldn't drink them, so I brought them home to enjoy in a few months. They look quite unique, but I haven't tasted them yet. We received drink vouchers for the rooftop terrace. After a long day of walking around the city, it was incredibly relaxing to sit up there in the evening, have a drink, and chat with family and friends. My family said they'd definitely stay here again next time we visit. The only minor drawback is the lack of a restroom and a nursing room in the lobby. After checking out, I wanted to change my baby, but I had to lay down a mat on the lobby sofa to do so. A hotel of this caliber could definitely improve the customer experience in this regard.

Our family stay was an absolute delight from start to finish. Traveling with our two children, aged 5 and 10, we were wonderfully cared for by “Jindy” from the Thai Front Office team. From the moment we checked in, her service was exceptional. She personally arranged for our luggage to be sent to our room, which was a fantastic two-bed room with a direct view of the Eiffel Tower. We were also pleasantly surprised to find a delicious cake and a lovely kid's amenity waiting for us, along with complimentary drinks and snacks in the room. Jindy was incredibly sweet and courteous, providing us with excellent assistance and thorough information throughout our stay. Her attentiveness was a significant reason our family trip was filled with so much happiness. We created wonderful memories, from enjoying a ride on the swings together to savoring the delicious Zhen Dim Sum at the hotel. The convenience of having a Don Don Donki supermarket right there for our shopping needs, along with a variety of other shopping options, was a major plus. The location is great! Just 200-300 meters away from San Malo. Fast check in, the service was quite fine, the receptionists were trying to be helpful. The room was pretty spacious and rather clean, big and wide bed. Clean sheets, and all the amenities included. I only have one slight suggestion please, the hotel could add up and provide some coffee in rooms, all the rest was awesome! Next time I’m gonna stay here again☺️

This was my first time encountering a situation where, despite booking half a month in advance, the hotel claimed they hadn't received our reservation. We, a group of six including an 80-year-old and children, had to wait for a long time. Eventually, we called Trip.com ourselves, and they confirmed that the rooms had indeed been reserved. If they hadn't received the order, how could the rooms have been held? Secondly, the hotel rooms had a strong, lingering smell similar to smoke, even detectable in the hallways. When I asked the front desk staff, they said guests are informed about fines for smoking in rooms, but once the door is closed, there's nothing more they can do. This really shows a lack of hotel management. I thought the smell would dissipate, but it was completely pervasive. Thirdly, we were given vouchers for free egg tarts, but weren't informed they were only valid for that day. I'm curious why they weren't valid for the entire duration of our stay? Fourth, I booked the rooms half a month in advance, yet on the day of check-in, the price for a single room was 600 RMB cheaper than what I paid. For two rooms over two days, that's a difference of 2400 RMB. Booking early during the National Day holiday meant I got fleeced. It truly lives up to its reputation as a 'gambling city' – even the room prices are like a gamble. Aside from these issues, the service attitude was decent, and the rooms were quite spacious.

I had originally booked a twin room, but upon check-in, the friendly front desk staff upgraded me to a king-sized room. The room was spacious, fully carpeted, and the water pressure was excellent. As I prefer not to have my room cleaned during my stay, the housekeeping staff even left a thoughtful note saying I could call if I needed anything. The room was also equipped with mainland Chinese outlets, so I didn't need to bring an extra adapter, and there was a USB power strip conveniently located by the bed. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I've already highly recommended it to my girlfriends!

The room was new and quite spacious, with a bay window perfect for placing belongings. The bed was large and very comfortable. The location is excellent, right next to Grand Lisboa, and there are many bus stops nearby. The hotel also offers free shuttle buses to the Border Gate and The Venetian, which is a huge plus! No need to scramble for seats on public transport – you get your own seat, though the waiting time can be a bit long. (I forgot to take pictures of the room, but rest assured, it looks exactly like the photos shown online.)

I paid $65 USD for one night at this hotel, and honestly, it shouldn’t cost more than $20. I chose it because it was the cheapest option I could find in Macau, but it was a letdown. If you’re staying for more than one night, I strongly recommend spending a bit more for a better hotel. The place is extremely outdated, and the room had a noticeable cigarette smell. There are ventilation openings near the ceiling that let in both noise and conversations from outside, so I kept waking up throughout the night. On the positive side, the bed and sheets were perfectly clean and odor-free, which was a relief. Communication was a challenge – the staff don’t speak any English at all, so you’ll need a translator app to get by. Overall, it’s a bare-minimum option that didn’t live up to the price.

Very old hotel with outdated facilities and poor hygiene. The room was tiny, barely enough space for one suitcase in a double room. However, the location is quite convenient; it only took twenty minutes by bus to get to the Galaxy Arena for a show.
