I approached a staff member for assistance with corporate training. To my surprise, the staff member responded rudely and even scolded me on the phone. This was extremely embarrassing and unprofessional. This experience left me feeling humiliated and frustrated. I have always considered this company to be a reputable business, but this encounter has severely impacted my opinion.

WORST HOTEL EVER IN MY LIFE.. What i saw when i enter the room is the MOULDY wall! What you see at the picture that the hotel provides are totally different! I feel SCAMMED! The window spoilt, lock fell off! Bathroom even worst..! The glass panel in bathroom mouldy and smelly. The housekeeper dont even bother to scrub it!! I checked out ASAP! DONT CHOOSE THIS HOTEL
