Pretty nice area. The service and the rest options are at really good level. I would stay again

Big apartment. AC is not enough for that size. No services. Need to call to find out how to access.

Property was clean & room was cleaned daily, however no staff on site & neighborhood wasn’t the greatest. Overall decent place to stay for a few days in Athens & if you have a rental car street parking was decent to find.

There was no one at the door or have to find their way to our room. By yourselves. I have to do download the app to go up in the room terrible

My mother is in a wheelchair and the site states the room is handicap accessible. Well, It's not!! Cobblestone courtyard and steps that would be impossible to get her up. No one there to greet me. I totally got screwed for a 2-night stay that I couldn't use. The taxi driver had to help me find another hotel.

The AC did not work well and room stayed hot. The app to open the doors is not effective. Key cards would be much easier.

Very difficult to gain access using the phone app you have to download. There are no staff onsite. So if you go out and phone dies you cannot get into the building. The pictures do not reflect the room. No extra pillows as per the pics. The aircon was poor. The room was far too hot. Emailed the hotel to complain and had no response. Had to leave the city tax on the desk with a note. I would not recommend this apartment. They say there a nice rainfall shower. This is not true. And what was in the shower was poor. Very noisy hardly slept due to heat and noise

We arrived in Athens rather late but had received an email explaining to us how to access our room, so we weren't worried about the time. When we got there, we were able to get in very easily and get to our room. I use the term 'room' lightly because this was a full-size apartment! Very clean and well-appointed. Our stay was comfortable, and the room was really charming. I would recommend it to anyone wanting a nice stay that is homier than a standard hotel. I do wish the air conditioner had been a touch stronger but that wasn't too worrisome.

Very nice hotel. Definitely didn’t look like anything special from the outside but once inside it was definitely very nice. Woman at the front desk was so incredibly kind and helpful. Felt very safe and secure. Room was super spacious, and clean. Great wifi as well.

The room was very spacious and the owner was super nice and welcoming towards us and made us feel comfortable!

Clean, comfortable king size bed, English tv, plenty of options for dining and close to the ferry terminal!

Large spacious rooms, not really a fan of accommodations with no staff after 3pm, probably a level of service now thanks to COVID Good we arrived before they left, entrance to building and rooms required explanation and assistance which were provided perfectly by friendly courteous staff

quiet, clean but property is degrading quick... no staff on site, so no help as we needed extra pillow and bed sheets. this was our second stay and no doubt the last.

Minimalist design,bordering on meager. In a neighborhood very noisy at night It’ close to fairies and cruise terminals. Lots of cafes nearby. I Would only recommend for those on a minimalist budget.
