Positives first: excellent room, super sleep quality, perfect location for central Kigali, very friendly staff. Negatives: poor breakfast which arrived in bits and pieces over some 45 minutes, dirty public area after a function (clean up took a long time), understaffed (duty manager on one day was only person to be seen and did our breakfast), water pressure in the bathroom was often non existent and we had to remind reception to switch the pump on. From a so called boutique hotel claiming to offer luxury I had expected better.

Willy and the whole staff made me feel right at home. Stunning architecture and traditional African decor. Delicious and simple breakfast. Amazing view of Kigali city. I stayed in the suite and it felt like a palace! Will be coming back. Murakoze.

Das Hotel hat eine perfekte Lage, um zu Fuß die wichtigsten Spots der Stadt zu erkunden. Ein großzügiges Zimmer am Pool mit bestem Internetzugang machen den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Großer Pluspunkt: ein immer freundliches Team, das den Gästen jeden Wunsch von den Augen abliest.
