Excrement in bottom of toilet looked like it had not been cleaned, after complaining it was still there when bleach and a toilet brush could have solved the issue. The staff informed us that the hotel is closing so has been left to run down. We were not informed prior to booking.

Unfortunately the hotel is due to close soon and you cannot help but feel sorry for the team. There is a definite mood of sorrow and down-ness which can be felt right through the fabric of the hotel. I stayed once before during the Covid years and it was marginally better then but still didn't quite stack up as a Hyatt. I would like to wish the whole team well in their future endeavours!

Car brike down nearby and needed place in middle of night to stay until morning Even though arrived late night, stay was pleasant, check in by night manager and staff quick, and room clean Security on site Check in and check out 24hours

I stayed here for one night, booked on Hyatt points as I had left my plans to the last minute and the other Hyatt at Heathrow was full! The hotel is in an odd location - don't stay here if you are expecting public transport to the airport - it is close but not convenient for Heathrow. I drove, and the car park cost £13 for 24hr parking and it felt safe enough. Check in was a bit of an oddity - the manger (I think) spent an awfully long time chatting to the guests ahead of me - and the receptionists ignored me for the first 5 mins I was stood there. Once I had got their attention, I was checked in quickly and headed off to my room - for some inexplicable reason she had given me an accessible room, without any mention of me being a Globalist (top tier). I wasn’t happy with the room as not only did it have an accessible bathroom, it smelt of smoke. So I went down, made my complaint and was given the keys to a suite. I did try to call, but the phone buttons appear to be for a different hotel, in a different country - when you pushed the button for reception, I got a message in another language and then it cut off! The room was a mix - the bedroom, sofa and ‘extra room’ that made it a suite were fine - if a little dated. The bathroom was pretty awful - the shower tray was broken, the toilet roll was just left on the side and the towel were all hand towels and really thin - not at all luxurious - or even half decent! The bed however was comfy, had plenty of plug sockets around it and the haridryer away of a very good standard. The room was also quiet despite being in a busy part of town. I ate in the bar/ restaurant and that was a big mistake - the server was so disinterested I could have just helped myself. I had two glasses of wine - no idea what it was and it certainly wasn’t served with a smile! I order nachos - which had melted cheese but were cold - I left them and ended up with a bowl of chips as my dinner. When I tried to complain at both the bar, and check out, the staff were completely disinterested and told me to tell head office. I left early in the morning for my flight and will definitely not be back - this is they worst Hyatt property I have stayed in.

My daughter stayed with Hyatt Place Hayes to be close to her office last week. The staff were amazing. Kind, thoughtful, excellent service and immaculate room. Cannot fault this hotel and more importantly the team of staff... they are fantastic.
