I stayed at the W in amman for 3 weeks during May. The first time I stayed in April, I ran into a few issues that immediately got fixed next time I visited: 1- I got upgraded to a suite which was so comfortable given that my stay was a long one. Thank you Omar Yousef, you’re the best. 2- Hotel staff started calling me by my first name showing great care and specialty treatment 3- Mesh (breakfast area) staff were awesome. In specific my favorite server Abdallah who as soon as I step into Mesh, knows what coffee I want, where I would sit and what I would like to have ready on my table. It’s nice to have someone predict your needs without you saying a word. I was also impressed by Alexa’s arabic language skills and welcoming attitude. 4- Staff are courteous and try to interact with you, asking about your day, how you are liking your stay, etc. Hayek and Ahmad Dandis, I am grateful for your care :) 5- Spa services were great. It was my birthday and i decided to gift myself a massage at the spa. Sham, the spa coordinator prepared a nice bd card for me and a nice treat! It was lovely :) 6- Hotel Location is central and there are a lot of amenities around. 7- Unexpected gesture during my last day with a lovely card from the team. 愉快的西雙版納之旅少不了洲際酒店心美人善的 Arlene的服務。從未入住就添加微信，耐心的講解告知各種活動安排，注意事項等等，簡直麪麪俱到。吃飯和各種小童親子活動都能幫忙安排的妥當，我們是孩子玩的開心，老媽玩的舒適。大家一致都非常滿意，最後退房的時候我兒子都嚷嚷的不要退房，可見在孩子心中也體會到了那份熱情和喜歡。

这次订房，很多谢攜程客服跟進，但不明白酒店有包早和晚歺package，check in时，又说不包晚歺，但價錢也收足，比酒店網頁訂还貴，最後攜程客服建议，睌歺可向攜程報銷。如果酒店没有包睌歺的package，就取消，误導消费者。其实这包晚歺package乜很不便宜，因为人在外做事，睌上不出外，拿个方便。如先預定和預付只包早歺，起码便宜RMb300每晚

酒店位置完美,步行即可到達很多不同的地方, .酒店設施很棒,食物很完美, 真的是一次美妙的住宿, 工作人員非常樂於助人&非常友好, 特別感謝去Ali Amayreh, Sana, Ehab,Waleed,,AbdulMajeed,Sae'd,Mamdouh & Sameer,因爲他們始終合作。他們每次都提供優質的服務。Suzan

Had a delightful stay at Crown Plaza Hotel! Excellent service, comfortable rooms, and top-notch amenities. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Mr. Omar the restaurant manager is a very helpful and friendly. Also Ms. Marina Al Masri from the restaurant staff was very helpful and assured our stay is up to our expectations.

能加牀，但是要付45 JD 每晚 衛生間的排水管道有點問題，淋浴後衛生間到處都是水。早餐盡量早點去吃，如果人多的時候被安排到42樓吃的話就沒什麼好東西吃啦.....6樓的早餐還是不錯的，很好吃。 酒店的服務非常好，阿聯酋的酒店（總部在迪拜）都比較重視服務！相比以色列的5星酒店Rotana的性價比非常高。外麪叫Uber也很方便！到羅馬劇場和安曼博物館2 JD的樣子，不貴。到傑拉什叫Uber大概15JD，到死海的話20 JD。邊上的那個Abudali Mall 是安曼最大最新的商場，裏面超市和飯店蠻多的，走點路過去蠻方便的，價格也還行。總之，喜歡住舒服點的話，選Rotana沒錯的。

我在安曼的宜必思酒店度過了一個夢幻般的住宿。工作人員很友好和細心,讓我在整個訪問期間感到歡迎。房間乾淨,舒適,設施齊全,現代化的設施。位置方便,到附近的景點都很方便。我強烈推薦這家酒店,在安曼度過愉快而愉快的時光。

Δεν υπάρχουν λόγια για νά περιγράψει κανείς αυτό το ξενοδοχείο παρά μόνο μια λέξη ταιριάζει...........ΕΞΑΙΡΕΤΙΚΟ.Πεντακαθαρο τεράστια δωμάτια υπέροχο πρωινό και βραδινό με όλες τις ανέσεις ενός πενταστερου.

乾淨的住宿，非常好的設施。有一個桑拿浴室。寬敞的房間水果和小吃也免費提供。周圍酒店的位置還不錯，餐廳也不多。必須走出一點才能找到一個小商場但是在安曼旅行可以以非常實惠的價格乘坐出租車前往各個地方。
