Rest assured that your feedback is highly appreciated, and corrective actions have been taken and I do believe that Bazaruto is a beautiful island – a natural wonder. Your feedback regarding the boatman ride, the villa condition has been shared with the team and actions taken to improve and avoid recurrence. I am pleased to share that the tree restaurants of the resort are in full operation, we move one to other restaurant every night. We will use your feedback as a training tool and use the incidents you have highlighted to ensure we continuously improve our guest experiences.
