奧古斯塔艾森豪威爾堡伍德斯普林套房酒店(WoodSpring Suites Augusta Fort Eisenhower)

I stayed there for a little over three months, I definitely enjoyed my stay Scott, Pat, Nikki, Donnie, Carter and Daniel were excellent! I have stayed in several Woodspring suites around the country and this location was by far the best. I highly recommend this location.

The general manager, the shift manager, and the fake security guard was very nasty and rude. They harassed us the whole day the fake security guard was looking into our window and on our conversation by putting his ear to the wall I got pictures and video recorded him doing that I complained the whole time while I was there and said it was OK for him to do us like that. They came up with rules that we can go outside I think, or make noise room no no at 11 or outside to smoke cigarettes

They had to move me to 3 different room one of them did not have a toilet the other the doors were

The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was outdated, room but clean , there is no iron. The hall smell very bad and the carpets extremely dirty with lot of stains. If you are on the road and looking to sleep a few hours it ok.

Very confortable room with most features that makes your stay worthwhile.

The floors were sticky, the refrigerator looked like it had bullet holes in it and rust on the outside. There were roaches running around. Kitchen with no utensils.

It’s a decent place, kinda old but still comfortable. Rooms look kinda like apar**ents. Fridge and a small stove top for cooking. Staff are very friendly, really enjoyed my stays there.

I love everyone that work here they all are nice to me and my Children. Best experience I’ve have had in a long time will definitely use this Motel again. They also keep the Motel very clean even the rooms and also the beds.

I could not stay.I was visiting to write a story on Augusta the hotel was to be part of the story.check in area reeked of cigarette smoke and my non-smoking room,did as well. Shocked to find blood stain on the sheets and stains in the microwave and wall. Three roaches in and out of the rusted door refrigerator accompanied by a small spider. The beds were like roll away beds acquired second hand from the military base at Ft. Gordon. Tried to reach Kathy the manager but no one answers at the front desk. Requesting refund from both ********** and American Express.
