"The hotel's surroundings are a bit secluded, so I wouldn't recommend walking too far at night. However, the hotel's location is excellent, with river views, and the art museum directly opposite the main entrance is definitely worth a visit. The hotel lobby and elevators have a classic, traditional feel, while the rooms, especially the bathrooms, are modern and very clean. The front desk staff I encountered were all lovely. The food and beverage options on the first floor are quite good, and while the gym might have a slight odor due to recent renovations, the facilities are excellent. Overall, highly recommended!"

"This hotel was great during the hurricane! Everywhere else would not book us a room due to the power outage but they had a system in place to get folks sheltered even without electricity. They quickly got a generator to power most amenities at the hotel and keep guests informed through out my stay. Great service and excellent staff!"
