The hotel is unique itself and has great history. However, inside it is truly a dump. The rooms are painted in dark colors, the floor in the room was slanted making it hard to open the door. The floor where the a/c was located was buildup making the floor uneven. The walls are so thin you can hear everything. Specifically I requested a room back where it was quite due to being a light sleeper. The room faced the main road and the electric closet was connected to my room. I got less than 2 hours sleep. Requested after the first night to be moved - which I was told no issues and to check back in when I return later that day. When I checked back in their was no record of my request and was told they were fully booked. So another three nights of not sleeping. To add to it all .. they never provide room services which I had to go get my towels from the front desk. The staff is very friendly but I would never stay at this hotel again or recommend it to others.

優點:友善的員工,房間寬敞乾淨,一切都正常,wifi不錯,公共區域乾淨,停車充足。酒店相當空曠。洗衣機看起來新。缺點:桌子的椅子是一把普通的椅子,而且太低了,從街上走的入口處沒有很好的標示。停車場向下傾斜,給它帶來魅力,但是裝行李車拉到門口很難。一般:沒有早餐。這幾天大概大多數酒店都是這樣。總體:5/5 值:5/5 Wifi:5/5

很乾淨的酒店!住了一晚只爲了睡覺。對酒店如何幹淨感到滿意。工作人員都很有禮貌。我們遇到的每個工作人員都打招呼。在辦理入住時,工作人員超級愉快,非常樂於助人。我們住的套房222房間看起來有新地毯和新傢俱。甚至浴室的腳板都超級乾淨。早餐熱騰騰的有雞蛋、香腸、華夫餅、百吉餅和冷東西。我唯一能做的就是毛巾有點粗糙,但如果我呆在那,我還會再住的。

There were just too many issues with this room to give a better score. When I checked in it was dark out and there were two bulbs out in the room. I tried to call the front desk on the room phone but the handset didn’t work. I gave up calling after several attempts. I did use the hotel shuttle to go to dinner and that was very convenient and Mr Holiday the shuttle driver was very personable. When I got back to the room the thermostat was not working properly so I used my phone to call the front desk and was informed there was no one there who could help me because maintenance had left for the day. It was 7:30 pm in a hotel that large and that old and maintenance had left for the day? I I have worked at Marriott and maintenance was always onsite until 11pm and then they were on call, I tried to watch the tv and apparently someone who didn’t like my choice of news channels had programmed my channel out of the TV. It was on the list of channels and every other channel on the list was there but this channel was not available. That’s just weird. So I decided to just watch a movie on my iPad. I couldn’t log on to the internet because I got no password screen. So again I called the front desk and was given the phone number for IT support. I call and was told some weird thing that their internet wouldn’t work with google so I had to go through some other something and when I tried it wouldn’t work so he just logged me in from his side. The next morning I standing beside the tub and turned on the shower (still in my PJ’s) and I was immediately soaked and water went everywhere because someone had turned the shower head facing out into the bathroom and not into the tub. I had been traveling for nine days so I wanted to iron a white blouse that had become quite wrinkly in my suitcase but when I went to get the iron the plate was covered with goo so I didn’t dare to iron a white blouse with it. On a positive note, the bed was very comfortable and the staff that I encountered were all very pleasant.
