The staff is perfect. Oksana was so great to us. She is the best and very kind. The room 101 was bad, unfortunately. The AC smells like « fecal matter » and the streets was too noisy until 5 am ; we couldn’t sleep well. But in general, the stay went well.

My review of this hotel cannot begin without expressing admiration! The food is delicious, especially the Caesar salad, which was the best we've ever tried. This is truly an amazing place to relax, a real oasis where you can rest both body and soul. The hotel is thought out to the smallest details to ensure every guest feels comfortable. But what makes this place truly unique are Anetta and Georgi. These two people made our vacation truly unforgettable! I want to extend my deepest gratitude to them for their genuine hospitality, friendliness, and professionalism. From the very first day, they delighted us with their smiles and were always ready to help, answer any questions, and make our stay even more enjoyable. Without their attention and care, our stay at the hotel would Anetta and Georgi are true professionals who turned our vacation into a real pleasure. Thank you for making this holiday unforgettable. We will definitely return.
