Perfect hotel location however make sure to check your room before you pay online, because some of the rooms are with balconies and some without balcony.

Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are pleased that you appreciated our central location. We would also like to clarify that Sapphire City Hotel is located in a historic building, and its architectural character is an important part of the property's identity. At the same time, we understand that the condition of the building and certain facilities may not have met your expectations, and we appreciate your comments regarding maintenance. Regarding the air conditioning, the hotel operates with a centralized air-conditioning system, rather than individual units in each room. We regret if this did not provide the level of comfort you expected during your stay. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we will take your comments into consideration as we continue to maintain and improve the property. Kind regards, Sapphire City Hotel's Team

First of all, paid for 4 deluxe rooms and got 2 deluxe with 2 standard rooms because apparently we asked for all 4 on the same floor? Secondly, the rooms are old with stained and filthy carpets, the standard rooms look like theyre a part of a horror movie. Lastly, the staff is REALLY RUDE, especially Sona, treating guests like they’ve come for a free stay.
