設有酒吧的巴淡島酒店

酒店超级干净，而且很新！我喜欢它旁边就是购物中心，我们住得很愉快，肯定会再次入住！美中不足的是，我要求的是安静的房间，而且房间离电梯远一点，但是我的房间半夜很吵，我没睡好 :( 早餐不太合我的口味 :/ 不过下午茶很好喝！其他一切都很完美！员工超级友好！酒店离我想去的任何地方都很近！而且我喜欢这里的景色，即使建筑比较老旧，景色依然很美，可以看到天空~

地理位置不錯.附近有Mall.5分鐘車程可到港口碼頭，飯店外沒有步行道，想到對面用餐，幾乎沒辦法過馬路，可能叫車1分鐘車程到對面比較安全，早餐的廚師動作很慢，都在聊天滑手機，櫃檯辦入住需要押金，五星飯店大廳華麗，木質電梯卡房卡感應（木質的很特別）

Saw this and it's amenities and felt it was the best for me and my 3 kids. Decided to try this out didn't realize it was further than I'm usually used to. We arrived in the evening but was greeted by a cheerful receptionist. Please note there is a 1 mil rupiah deposit. I wasn't prepared for this so I thought to give this a heads up for future booking awareness. The place was alittle hard to spot from the main road ( there was no signage) but it's landmarks are Cubezone and Ria. Note, there is a laundry service across the road please expect 1-2 days. Express service is 1 day The entrance is a dainty little walkway like a secret hideout into a cactus garden that somehow transports you to what looks like Bali crossed with New Mexico feels. A small but clean pool, well maintained. They have dining table and benches outside for a chill out vibe. There's also a BBQ space where you can engage in their BBQ rental (provides charcoal n pit) with a ceiling fan n sink for your convenience and comfort. Area is nice and spacious. Once again I just emphasize, they keep it very clean. The place it seems is 6 container villas surrounding the garden n pool. Which is perfect if you plan to have a big group in. Inside there's a basic kitchenette with a fridge, pot, kettle. There were 2 rooms. Both equipped with bathrooms and tvs. Ac was perfection.you don't have to worry about the heat. It's so nice and cold. Makes you wanna just not get out of bed. The wifi was laggy alittle, didn't bother us as we had local data but it wasn't so nice to be watching a movie and gettin disrupted. TV is equipped with YOUTUBE and Netflix. Pretty awesome to keep the kids occupied. Be warned they have live bands that play music till 1-2 am in the morning. Definately didn't expect that but it didn't bother us so much. Once again, another heads up. Pool is open from 7am to 9pm. Its also a 15-20mins drive to Nagoya. We normally do Grab roughly about 60-70k. The host has their number in the welcome print and responds pretty fast if you need to enquire on anything. Overall, the place is pretty charming and despite it being alittle far from massages n karaoke, I think I found a new go to place. Certainly looking forward to be back.

特別安排親子游來了Batam3天2夜遊! 真的有點失望對於這間酒店...櫃枱説幫我換去沒有吸煙的客房還真的覺得很不錯的服務!可是,等了45分鐘卻沒有拿到房卡,因為忘記了我!直到我走到櫃枱才驚訝😲才給我房卡! 進入房間，發現沒有礦泉水! 衹有冰箱贈送的幾罐汽水，就覺得有點奇怪!晚餐時,還特地去櫃枱詢問，服務員説現在環保所以給Tank water!回到房間找來找去都沒有👀到任何裝有水的器具😅 等到第二天去吃早餐時,忍不住過去櫃枱再次詢問,一位女服務員也説一樣的話，不過她就説一起去客房指給我看Tank water !女服務，進入我的房間後才發現我的房間根本沒有Tank water🤣🤭🤭 女服務員説,會馬上安排客房服務員拿Tank water 來我的房間!當我和孩子們逛街回到酒店就👀到了！可是，問題又來了，當我要取水一按就會漏水造成桌子和椅子都弄濕了！剛好，👀到客房服務員幫忙看看是什麼問題,然後他也試取水也是有漏水!過後還來回去換了2個新的Tank water 和調整擺放位置就好像比較好點😅 隔天，我剛好去櫃枱預約時間出去商場就隨便提起Tank water 很不實際和不便!櫃枱就説👀我拍的照片，就馬上發現那個Tank water的頭反了所以才會有漏水的問題!因為，我搞笑吧！😂😂 整體酒店的位置和環境是不錯的!Welcome drink.🥂 酒店食物還需要改進的空間!不過,Mac & chesse 好吃之外! 喜歡酒店有免費車去Shopping mall ,有時間表!

感謝所有工作人員，服務很棒。這是我第一次訪問印尼巴淡島，體驗很好。接待人員非常熱情友好，尤其是 Derwina（如果我沒記錯名字的話）和 12 月 27 日值夜班的那幾個人，我忘了問他們的名字了。早餐也很棒，有現場烹飪。該位置靠近海港灣碼頭渡輪，開車不到 10 分鐘。對於那些想要遊覽巴淡島的人，我真的很推薦這家飯店。

Third time to visit and I love this place. Great for families with toddlers. Staffs are very nice and accomodating, from receptionist to food servers to housekeeping. Great people.

很乾凈，房間很大，床很舒服。走路出來10分鐘就到fave hotel那邊的kopitiam了。去nagoya mall也就步行15分鐘距離。大多數grab都知道這個地方。挺好的。 衹是電梯衹有兩架，等比較久。 房間洗澡熱水器時冷時熱，洗得不是很舒服。
