Terrible experience! The app to enter the building and the apartment did not work. There is no reception, everything should be automated. But the lift did not worked and in the stairs the light was not working (I used my mobile to have the light in the stairs). No app and no pin worked, I was obliged to call the help service and they opened the door remotely. The price was too high for such a bad service. A lot of bad feedback, take information before reserve a room. A lot of other guest had same experience I had, it happened for them a long time ago, so it was not bad luck, this is the same issue never solved. Very bad service
