Staff was very friendly. Unfortunately we were in room 101, which is next to the mechanical room. It was like being on the tarmac waiting for a plane to take off, engines constantly powering up. Maybe management needs to try to sleep in this room?

The front desk people were very friendly and had a pleasant smile. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Will be my stay of choice

Very clean, felt safe, nice normal breakfast. Staff was nice and gave us info on the local interest. But I only gave him 3 stars because we were in a handicap room, and when I told him we would rather be in a normal room he did not even respond. Nothing! At the same rate I by mistake did book a handicap room, but they were not very busy so he could of made us happy and changed it. Lesson learned. I would recommend this hotel. But if we ever come thru again I would book closer to downtown.

it could use a little more Handycap parking! other then that it was great! We will be staying there in the future!

Nice quiet place just off the highway. Friendly staff, clean room with a comfortable bed, and a very good breakfast.

The lady that checked us in was very friendly and gave good suggestions where to eat in Bartlesville.

Extremely clean. They have full size Dove products in the shower which is helpful to have. The staff were friendly and helpful during our stay.

Close the intersection of the two main highways in town, so convenient. A few blocks away from intersection, so quiet. Near dying mall, not unlike every other mall anywhere. Does have a Dillard’s Clearance outlet, bargains if you have time.

The staff checked us in quickly and efficiently. He answered our questions about the area and gave us a lot of good eating recommendations. The hotel was clean and fresh. Would like an outdoor swimming pool.

Everything was fine on our stay while traveling. Breakfast was very good and room was new and clean.

Need bigger TV's in the room and also access to the guide to see what is on other channels.

Very pleased with our stay! Comfortable beds, and spacious bathroom. Only issue was they only had decaf coffee in our room.

The room was very nice. The bathroom needs some other light source. The 2 inch foam mattress cover needs to be centered better on the beds. If not centered the sides of the mattress are not stable.

The pool and hot tub area were disgusting and had mold. Jets in hot tub did not work. Only one ice machine worked for all four floors
