服務很好 接待是合作的,樂於助人 大堂很乾淨,但有點小和舒適 除了主樓和通常擁擠之外,沒有電梯。當談到第二棟樓4樓的家庭房時,沒有電梯和圓形樓梯,這完全令人討厭。 與我們住的其他度假村相比,食物適中 其他設施方便。

Crystal Family Resort – Not What We Expected, But Tours Were Fantastic! We spent our holiday this year at Crystal Family Resort & Spa. The hotel’s location and facilities for children were nice. The indoor pool was sufficient, and the animation team did their best. However, the hotel as a whole didn’t quite meet our expectations. Our biggest disappointment was definitely the food. It felt like we were eating the same things every day: beef liver, chicken, chicken, fish once or twice… and then back to chicken and liver again. It was as if no other types of meat existed! There was almost no red meat, and most of the food was dry and lacked flavor. Our kids also struggled with the meals, as there wasn’t much variety or a special corner catering to their tastes. The buffet looked big but the content was poor. Desserts looked good visually but were quite tasteless. From a five-star hotel, we expected much more care and quality. Room cleaning was okay – it was done daily – but there were occasional misses. Sometimes the minibar wasn’t restocked, towels were forgotten. The reception staff were generally helpful, but during busy hours responses were slow. The spa area was nice, but prices were a bit high. Now to the best part of our vacation: the tours! Instead of staying inside the hotel all day, going out was the best decision we made. As we had done before, we booked two tours from Sputnikturkey.com, and both were excellent: 1. Super Combo Tour – rafting, zipline, buggy… All in one and full of adrenaline! Even though the weather was cold, it was still super fun. 2. Green Canyon Tour – A calm and peaceful boat trip in nature. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking. Both tours were very well organized, and the price was much more reasonable compared to what the hotel’s in-house tour desk offered. We had a great time and the tours helped us forget the hotel’s shortcomings. In summary: Crystal Family was just “so-so” for us. We really didn’t enjoy the food — the constant liver and chicken dishes became annoying. But thanks to the amazing tours we booked outside, our holiday turned out great in the end. We wouldn’t return to this hotel, but for tours, our go-to will always be SputnikTurKey.com!

I recently stayed at Innvista Hotel Belek during the winter season, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel stands out for its cleanliness and friendly staff, who were always willing to assist with any requests. Hotel was excellent overall with perfectly manicured grounds and a huge multi area pool offering several options to enjoy the day. Started in Coconut suite which was wonderful and spacious. Service was friendly and efficient. Food at main restaurant was excellent. Had a fantastic time with wife and younger kids. Would return for sure!
