是我住過的最好的青旅之一。位置很好，去各種地方都很方便。青旅氛圍好極了，認識了幾個新朋友。他們還提供免費的活動，參與他們的walking tour是我在柏林最好的體驗之一。早餐也不錯。唯一不足是臨街如果開窗比較吵，但前台提供免費的耳塞。 我絕對推薦這家青旅，非常適合一個人旅行入住。

內部相當不錯,絕對值得4星級。 我預訂了一個不可退款的單人間,住了兩晚,很乾淨。所有需要的東西都在那裏。 我不得不承認兩個缺陷: 1、前台友好小姐從系統獲取信息錯誤,所以我不得不在現場支付第二次(預付在trip.com)。 謝天謝地,夜班經理想出了辦法,把錢退給了我,然後才訂好。 2.我之所以選擇這家酒店,僅僅是因爲早上有大型游泳池游泳。不幸的是,友好的女士(第一次聯繫人)告訴我,到達當天游泳池關閉,但我可以免費使用溫泉。它應該在第二天開放,所以我可以做我的早晨游泳。 第二天早上在溫泉他們告訴我,游泳池今天仍然因爲維護原因不會開放。 這兩個話題都花了我將近一個小時,浪費客戶時間是沒有的...

A lovely oasis in the big city. I chose a room on the garden side and from the room I saw mostly trees and the garden. I heard very little traffic noise. The room was large enough and the bed comfortable. The decor was seafoam green, notably the linoleum floor. The staff were helpful and friendly. The garden is a delight, complete with ponds and little half-hidden places to sit. I would give this place six stars if I could, and I look forward to visiting again next time I need to be in the center of Berlin.

Great location right opposite the Berlin Central Station (HBF). The staff were super helpful throughout my four day stay, and my room was lovely, although I am slightly jealous that I didn't get one of the rooms at the front looking out over the beautiful HBF. Hopefully, next time :-) The room was kept spotlessly clean, and the whole hotel was nicely designed, fresh and clean. Sadly, I leave tomorrow morning, after four lovely days in this amazing city, and thanks to this hotel, and the team who work here, and a super base to come back to each evening. If ever I am in Berlin again, I know where I will be staying.

酒店地理位置優越，和Hampton一個地段，距離柏林地標電視塔和亞歷山大廣場都很近，好找好逛。房間設施不錯，挺透風；早餐可以，服務挺好。就是後幾天打掃衞生一直不給衞生紙還要自己找LOL

我們於2019年8月入住酒店。我們是一家四口，有一間一居室公寓。我們的女兒睡在卧鋪沙發上，有足夠的空間。這是一家地理位置優越的酒店。靠近火車總站，也非常靠近電車。我們發現遊覽柏林真的很容易。酒店有一個可愛的游泳池，開放至深夜，經過一天的觀光后，這是很棒的。接待人員真的很友好。早餐還可以，但我認為在公寓裏，我們可能會和挑剔的孩子一起做早餐更好。從酒店可輕鬆步行至許多景點。我們絕對會再次留在這裏。

We reserved the smallest room (comfort) and immediately realized that we would need to upgrade to the superior room. I am traveling with my aunt and we need 2 beds. The comfort room was so small that the 2 beds were together with little space to move on the sides. It was not suitable for us. The pictures do show all the twin beds together, but naturally we assumed that they could be separated. When we asked about changing rooms, the delightful woman at the front desk (Victoria) graciously offered to show us the options available for the bigger rooms. We viewed the executive and superior rooms and were happy to pay the 15 Euro more for the superior room. Well worth the extra money given the difference in size. Now that we were settled with our room, we were off to explore Berlin. The location of this hotel is ideal. I learned that Mitte means center and surely this hotel is centrally located. Easy to find and easy to get to/ from. A special thank you to Victoria and her colleague at the front desk. We were very pleased with our experience at the Leonardo Berlin Mitte and would recommend to others.

位置非常好，距離柏林中央火車站大約300米遠。火車站裡有商場，各種快餐，咖啡廳，以及小禮物店，倒地鐵公交也極為方便。 大型四星酒店，房間寬敞，隔音效果好，舒適度高。對中國客人友好，給了一次性拖鞋，牙刷等，早餐也非常好，適合國人胃口。 同樣，酒店也是旅行團首選，會看到各樣的祖國同胞，比如穿着拖鞋的大叔在酒店大堂看抖音，不帶耳機那種。

燈光明亮,兩個非常友好的傢伙,一個瘦長的德國人在接待處,另一個留鬍子的德國人在酒吧/餐廳區。其餘的(看起來大部分是西班牙青少年)都是令人討厭的,一邊吃着東西一邊從鼻子底下拉盤子,一邊帶着酸楚的臉四處走動(你應該讓開他們)。我們到達時以及在接待處接待年輕小姐時所遇到的傲慢態度令人反感,把這種人放在桌上是失敗的。特別是因爲我必須至少十次到接待處才能激活我們三個房間的卡片。他們說這是因爲靠近我們的手機,但至少三次我們的手機在(鎖着的)房間內...還有一家保險櫃被封了(發生了電池死亡事件,但再次讓我們面對那些女士的傲慢)。我們有三個房間。清潔工趁我們還在牀上(每次9點左右)走進每個房間,儘管有標記......他們在其他早晨試過,但門關着,聽到有人試圖進去,仍然感到十分不安。還有一些年紀較大的婦女來檢查服務,只是走進來問是否一切都好...如果你足夠大,就會有樓。我們的房間沒有每天打掃,你只是希望在4*,迫使我們在某些時候去前台向女士們乞討毛巾,因爲他們不接電話。我們得到了一個商業姿態,但寧可平穩地入住,而不必總是得到修理或面對不友好。我住在Melia酒店,這不符合連鎖酒店的標準。正如你們會從我的其它評論中看到的,我是一個積極和建設性的旅行者。優點:位置靠近地鐵;杜松子酒和滋補品;自助早餐非常好,由友好的留鬍子的傢伙管理;接待處的瘦人幫我們出去。他們把那地方擡起來(不幸的是,其他人把它嚴重地拉下來了)。
