訪訪客It's my 03rd visit to the hotel. Hotel can be easily located. Further the breakfast was excellent and service at the restaurant was also superb. However the reception was not upto the mark and the amenities was not provided in the room. No soap and other lavatory items were provided in the room. It seems the washroom was not maintained or provided with sufficient amenities for the next customer on that day of our arrival. Seems lack of professionalism in that case.

TTraveling TanI stayed at Grand Plaza Suites in Kochi and was very impressed with the service. I had some issues with my room and the ***ager quickly resolved it by setting me up in another room that was above the category I booked. The staff were helpful, ensuring a comfortable stay. My room was clean and well-kept, which I appreciated. The hotel's location is surrounded by ***y restaurants and just a short walk from the beach. It's a great choice for anyone visiting Kochi. Recommended for its convenience and hospitality.
