Stayed in the sleeper deluxe which was very nice. The room was small, but expected that and didn't mind. Since theres no drinking water close by and there was no coffee maker that there should have been complimentary water in the room. The water in the room was $7. Didn't explore the hotel part of the facility, but there is a decent size outdoor pool.

Read Hotel is a beautiful historic hotel. The lobby is classic and our Manor room was well appointed. We encountered two problems though. The front desk clerk was very short with us at checkin and seemed annoyed to answer our questions about valet parking. But, most importantly, our room was so very noisy at night. The walls are paper thin and we heard every conversation in the neighboring room. Also, the doors in our hallway closed with a loud bang every time a guest closed their door. It was one of the worst nights of sleep we have ever encountered in a hotel. At checkout the clerk did not greet us except to ask if we wanted our receipt printed or emailed. No “How was your stay?” was asked. We chose not to complain to her at checkout as she didn’t seemed concerned about us as guests.

This hotel was in a wonderful location. We were in walking distance to lots of good eateries, the aquarium and the river walk. The front staff that we encountered were always kind to us and helpful. We booked a double room and it was nothing spectacular about it. Clean but not spotless. It was comfortable enough to enjoy a weekend getaway as a family. I did notice there was some sort of pink stain in the tub and some shed hair…I just cleaned it out before we used it. The WiFi was good, so we were able to do homework and check emails. All in all, not a bad place to stay! The pool area was nice for the kiddos!

房間大部分都很乾淨(我們付的價格,你不能指望一塵不染)。住的還可以,我們的空調不起作用,我們第一次nignt太累了,我們什麼也沒說。我們起牀走了,大部分時間都在外面度過。當我們回來時,我們仍然沒有說任何關於空氣不起作用的事情。然而,在第3天,我們確實向前面的傢伙提到了它。他提出換房間,但我們拒絕了,因爲我們只剩下一個晚上了。那個人帶着一個盒子扇回到我們的房間!非常甜蜜的手勢,我們很高興接受。我總是在離開之前清理自己,所以他們沒有太多的混亂來清理。入住時是50美元的押金,聲明可以在發回前幾周。我們當天收到押金,離開後幾個小時。再次,這不是一個豪華的高端地方,但值得付出的代價,非常友好的前台工作人員!

我以爲前台工作人員真的很好,樂於助人。入住和退房都超級快捷方便。早餐很少,但很好。他們有華夫餅機,一些麥片,酸奶,吐司,咖啡和果汁。我們很高興!我們在游泳池裏游泳,很小,但不錯!這是一個很好的位置-離市中心大約10分鐘,從高速公路上上下下都很容易。我會說酒店有點破舊,特別是我們房間的地毯,但還可以!電視工作,頻道充足,牀很舒服。對於價格,我想說,值得!

我在那裏只住了一晚,客房服務員一大早就開始敲我的門,叫醒我問我要不要打掃房間,我很生氣,因爲我長途旅行需要儘可能多的睡眠。爲什麼有人會認爲我需要打掃房間一晚?感覺他們正在檢查,以確保我沒有睡過頭或意外過期,這完全是不必要的,非常令人沮喪。

我们在情人节周末参观了，可以在下午 2 点登记入住。房间干净漂亮。淋浴很棒而且很干净。唯一的抱怨是我们可以使用 4 个枕头而不是 3 个。
