The hotel is very beautiful and modern and the staff very welcoming. not knowing the city, they do not hesitate to advise me on places to visit and explain to me how to get around with public transport. The room was very comfortable and modern corresponding to all my expectations. The only small negative point that I could cite is the restricted opening hours of the restaurant and the bar. Taking into account the neighborhood (8th arrondissement), I would have preferred to eat at the hotel than to have to go out or order. In summary, a great stay and can't wait to come back!

Stayed here for 2 nights, the building is located in quite a convenient area with choices of public transport. It appears to be quite a newly renovated building, it stands out to be the most well-kept building in the whole street. I booked the Classic Double Room, Balcony with breakfast. I wouldn’t say the balcony is in many ways functional, it is very narrow and it is mainly used for people who want to smoke as there is an outdoor ashtray there. The room itself is modern, well kept, and didn’t show any particular wear so far. There are several issues I found with the room, the air conditioning works quite well but it is manually operated, when I left it in ‘auto’ mode it was quite loud. In the evening I set it to low fan speed but it just created a constant quite irritating fan noise which went away when I set the fan speed to medium. I also dislike the curtains, the blackout material doesn’t reach all the way up it leaves around a 2cm gap so the room is quite light in the morning. I tend not to sleep well when the room isn’t dark. I used the coffee machine in the room, but the coffee machine doesn’t work properly, despite I pressed the “full cup” function the machine only made around 10ml of coffee despite I keep pressing the button it would not make enough coffee to drink. When I returned to the room the next day the used coffee pod is still very much in the machine when I wanted to try the machine again which isn’t ideal when the housekeeper hasn’t checked the machine. The dirty cup was changed. Breakfast is at the basement restaurant, the selection of food is quite good and it was kept refreshed during breakfast. The reception staff were polite and spoke good English. Overall, I felt the room is modern, location is not bad but I felt the overall attention to detail is somewhat lacking such as the curtains doesn’t block out the light, noisy air conditioning, and the cleaning routine not involving checking the coffee machine. I don’t necessarily not recommend it but there are a few problems.

We stayed in this hotel for one week. First of all the worker in reception made a stupid comment how my boyfried looked in his passport.. Is it your job to comment how the quests look like? So rude. When we booked our room we had seperate beds because I am very light sleeper.. then we needed one extra night and they chanced the room type without even asking what kind of bed/beds we want.. So of course we got double bed which was really narrow! If you want to sleep well I recommend to take two single beds! I didn't sleep well at all during this whole week. Also the pillows were awful so I had to use towel as a pillow every night. Our room was in 6th floor and it was facing towards courtyard so at least it was quiet. Some of the cleaners didn't wish good morning and one of the cleaners had phone on her hand and she was listening music around 9am.. I mean really? I don't know how well they are suppose to clean the rooms but I think only thing got done was that they only changed the towels every day. Good things: Air conditioner worked really well! There was minifridge which is one of the things I check when I look for a hotel. We liked the seperate wc, you don't see that in hotels anymore that much. There were some really good restaurants nearby, lots of shops and metro station. Breakfast was also good and there was enough space to eat every morning. I wish there would have been more something fresh to eat, I think there were way too much different kind of pastries. I would probably stay in other hotel if I come back to Budapest. Room was nothing like in those pictures and that comment in reception was not nice at all.

As a solo traveler this hotel was great. Room was spacious and had a safe, Kettle tea,coffee and water with a fridge. Receptionists was friendly. Landing I decided to take the bus to the centre of the city and walk the rest of the way to the hotel ( about 20min walk ). So the hotel is a bit out the way but not far from pubs and places to eat like the ruin bars, street food and Karaván. Highly recommend you visit those ☺️. So would come back to this hotel again

Το ξενοδοχειο ειναι το καλυτερο που εχω επισκευθει ποτε! Τα δωματια ειναι τεραστεια και η επιπλωση ειναι πολυτελη! το πρωσοπικο ειναι ευγενεστατο και μπορουν να σου δωσον πληροφοριες για τα αξιοθεατα της Βουδαπεστης. Εχει υπεροχη θεα στο Καστρο και στο αγγαλμα της ελευθεριας απο την μια βερανδα του ξενοδοχειου και φαινεται ολη η πολη φωτισμενη. Η τοποθεσια ειναι πολυ καλη, στο κεντρο, κοντα σε ολα! Το κτηριο ειναι ενα απο τα πιο γνωστα ιστορικα κτηρια της Βουδαπεστης. Το προτεινω με ολη μου την καρδια!

Traveling as a family has its challenges. We have 3 grown kids (20, 17, 14) and each needs their space. Escala delivered exactly what we needed. We took the top floor with 3 bedrooms, a living room and the balcony and it was the ideal place to start and end a vacation day in. Everything was organized, clean, 6 water bottles waited for us when we arrived. the balcony is amazing and it is the star. Breakfast was excellent. shopping center 3 minutes away and plenty of restaurants around. M3 metro station is 5 minutes walking. awesome location. And the last but definitely highlight of our experience was the level of service from the staff. I've needed their help multiple times and every time was getting their full attention, support and immediate reaction (extra blankets, restaurant reservations, etc.)

如果不需要河景的話，這是在布達佩斯能訂到的1000元以下最好的酒店了，房間空間足夠大，層高非常高差不多快4米的層高，衞生服務啥的都不錯床品睡起來一般，軟硬中等，房間裏沒有牙具和拖鞋，需要的話可以和前台拿，唯一要打差評也是我最想吐槽的地方是這家酒店的馬桶實在是巨高無比，我本人身高將近一米八坐上去腳夠不到地！！！！如果是小孩或個子矮一點的人恐怕得爬上去，希望酒店以後看看能不能換一下馬桶，太高容易發生安全事故

在這裏住了3晚,這是我住過的最吵鬧的酒店。外面的電車不停的停,甚至有耳塞,你仍然可以聽到他們嘎嘎作響的聲音。每層樓的大堂面積都設置在一個大的圓圈裏,外面的房間周圍有一個洞,每個樓層都有一個洞,所以客人們甚至從不同樓層傳來的噪音都像瘋了一樣。在我們最後的夜晚,一個聚會遲到了,吵得我們跑來跑去,砰的一聲關上門,我們睡不着,不得不打電話到接待處,讓他們派人把他們關起來。(請不要認爲我通常都是‘那個人’,因爲我不是!)女僕們也起步很早,一點也不安靜......有時感覺他們和我們一起呆在房間裏。很遺憾酒店很乾淨,房間真的很好很大。淋浴和舒適的牀(缺少枕頭意味着我們必須使用沙發墊!)從“中心”區步行大約20分鐘酒店所在的區域相當髒,但馬路對面有一個樂購小吃和一個地鐵站也很近。從機場乘公共汽車到阿斯托利亞站大約步行20分鐘。酒吧非常有限,除了早餐外,沒有餐廳,房間裏也沒有飲料製作設施。老實說,我不會給酒店4星。接待人員和早餐工作人員都很可愛,完全不能挑剔他們。只是球拍的恥辱,週末結束時我們的腳已經死了,部分原因是你通常在城市休息時散步,但主要是因爲睡眠不足!正因爲如此,我100%不會再住在這裏,也不能推薦給任何重視睡個好覺的人。

我們已經多次入住這家酒店。狗友好，很好的健身房，美味的早餐和非常樂於助人的員工。酒店擁有人們在城市旅行中尋找的一切。我們將永遠回去。酒店對面是一家不錯的 Alma 和 Korte 餐廳，提供典型的匈牙利美食，質量上乘。我會向所有人推薦這家酒店

因為飛機晚點，差不多凌晨才到，店家發了入住郵件，教你怎麼開密碼拿鑰匙。一樓進門呢有個密碼的，房價門口有鑰匙密碼盒。優點：附近有兩個地鐵站，出入蠻方便的，然後離火車站也蠻近的，還有價格不貴蠻實惠的。缺點：需要自己爬樓梯，然後麼自助式的沒有前台不能寄存行李，還有房間的花灑希望改進一下到處噴水。其他也沒什麼，樓道也蠻乾淨的。
