I've stayed here before, but it has definitely gone downhill. Signs say they are remodeling... but who knows... Dirty hall carpet, dirty tub, smelly room, no ice maker working on my floor, rigid posts about how much it will cost you to check in early at the front desk, unlocked window in my first floor room, no information given about breakfast... not what it used to be!

We arrived a hour early from out of state and was told we couldn’t check in without being charged an extra fee. The room are very outdated the beds are not comfortable our room keys kept deactivating I could go on but I’ll stop here we will not be visiting this hotel ever again

Our Toilet had to be flushed by us lifting the back of the toilet to pull a plastic piece. Under the couch bed where my son slept there were pieces of popcorn and chips. When asking for new towels it was an issue when the housekeeper only came into our room and changed one garbage can! We stayed with a softball team and a girl 3 doors down from us found a cockroach in her room! Over all was no impressed!

Tv did not work. Finally had a room change thanks to you lady at desk. New suite had couch half opened and could not be closed. Breakfast was terrible Certainly will think twice before I choose your hotels again

The staff member who checked us in botched the process even after I advised her we had prepaid through *******. She got her manager involved who assured us we would not be double charged. We were and now have to sort out the mess with the hotel and *******. Not the service we expected.

The rooms were dirty and not vacuumed. The shower was moldy. Bedspread had holes in it. Roach trap in the room and strange smell. Furniture stained and broken.
Lights didn't work. The breakfast was disappointing and the staff was rude. from the outside it looks like a beautiful hotel.

Facility was old and needed repairs! Cobwebs were hanging down, toilet ran incessantly, rug was dirty, etc. Breakfast was good- nice selection.
Front desk staff were great!

Our problem wasn’t with the hotel itself. We booked through ******* for a wheelchair accessible shower. The room they actually booked for us was a tub shower, which was useless for my husband. They should have let us know ahead of time that the room we booked was already taken. I will never go through ******* again.

We got to the hotel 35 minutes before check in. They told us we could check in for an extra $20. Between 12 and 3 it’s $20 extra. Before 12 it’s $30 extra. The maid took our towels and didn’t replace them. Only made the one bed. When I called the front desk they didn’t answer so I went out to get towels. They were not pleasant at all!
