There are alot of things to say about our stay. First the good parts. The rooftop bar was amazing had a great experience on Sat night, great bartenders and drinks. Now for the rest. first, we checked in it was busy. but the key cards were not working. We had our dog with us, and they directed us back to the elevators 3 times before they called a manager to fix the problem finally got it working. Also no dog bed, bowl or treats Forget getting your valet car on time? they were in no rush to get your car. The valet guy literally walked by me 3 times before he acknowledged my presence! finally we got our car but they were in slow motion alot of the time. They never cleaned our room we were there two nights! On the last night the bartender in the lounge at 9:35 we walked in just to get a glass of wine and he literally said last call already happened and these are the last drinks I'm making and you need to take wine to go or not . RUDE as could be. We were already so fed up with the service so it was the icing on the cake for us. FOR the price DO NOT STAY HERE. We wanted to stay here because we had stayed at the one in Asheville. IT was night and day difference..

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Uptown Charlotte! The only downside was parking. You can only pay for the valet or pricey garages.

Person checking us in was not friendly. Was not sure of the service the gentleman by the elevator provided I am assume the lady who checked us in should have explained but again she was not friendly. Room clean but relatively small. Apparently the cleaning staff entered our room after check in which was after 5 pm…why????

Was disappointed with this stay Seemed like everything was falling apart Turned on shower - handle came off Opened the fridge - handled came off AC wasn’t working in our room - literally had to prob the hallway door open to get some cold air flowing

Excellent 2-night stay. Modern, well-kept and clean. Rooms were large by industry standards. Walking distance to restaurants and night life. Onsite restaurant was good. Horace was a delightful server. Music on Saturday during brunch. An overall great stay.

THE PROPERTY WAS BEAUTIFUL AND THE STAFF WAS SO NICE AND FRIENDLY. THE BAR HELP DOWNSTAIRS SEEMED TO STRUGGLE A LITTLE AND THE VALET WAS KIND OF A MESS AND CHAOTIC WHEN WE WERE TRYING TO LEAVE BUT OVER ALL WAS A GREAT STAY

This hotel is beautiful and I like that it has Starbucks in a luxury restaurant for dining.

The Grand Bohemian was a beautiful hotel. My husband and I were welcomed and taken very well care of. Would definitely stay again! The spa, Starbucks and rooftop bar made our experience extravagant! 10/10 would recommend!

This hotel was spotless! The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We were traveling to celebrate my husbands birthday and they had two local IPAs, a card and other goodies there complimentary when we arrived. The beds were so comfortable and I slept like a dream! Would highly recommend and I will definitely be back!
