在英國住的性價比最高的酒店！距離牛津大學大約30分鐘車程，適合自駕，千萬冬天不要晚上或者很早出去，風太大了！

酒店性價比很高！房間乾淨整潔，酒店可以吃飯點披薩，價格也蠻便宜的。還可以免費停車！ 不過一開始在google map上直接搜酒店英文名，結果和另一家costworld hotel & spa搞錯了，而且那家在的地方也是chipping開頭的！去錯了酒店，發現在攜程上找酒店地址真的很不方便！問路卡也沒有酒店具體地址，真的很無語。。。建議攜程把酒店具體地址放在更容易找的位置好嗎？並且帶上郵編。郵編在英國找路上還是挺重要的！

出乎意料的鄉村酒店，房間很乾凈，環境不錯，很幽靜，酒店的工作人員都很熱情。餐食做的也很好吃！沒有電梯，行李要自己抬上樓！

Had a great couple of nights staying here, it was a good base for us exploring the Cotswolds, the rooms are clean and were cleaned each day. The staff on reception & in the restaurant were friendly and efficient. The food was very tasty on the night we had dinner but the menu was small and if it had been available to see prior to going we may not have bothered. We didn’t have breakfast but there is tea/coffee facilities in your room and biscuits provided which was ample. Will definitely visit again if in the area

The location is great, out in the countryside. We had a complimentary upgrade to a room with a view of the golf course, which was very pleasant. We booked room only so didn't use the restaurant. The room was spotlessly clean, and well equipped with a super king sized bed and a wardrobe. The bed was comfy. We used the bar, which is laid out like a country house lounge with lots of comfortable settees and chairs. We only stayed one night enroute to the NEC in Birmingham and left early the next morning, but overall we enjoyed the hotel and will return for a longer stay in the future.

我來這裡住了一晚只是為了在酒店舉行的一次活動後與朋友聚會。我們吃了一頓美餐，有很多選擇和一瓶可愛的葡萄酒。然後我們回到其中一個房間，度過了一個悠閒的夜晚。房間很大，我只佔了大床的一小部分，從床上可以看到高爾夫球場的美景。 短暫停留，但我很想回來並待更長的時間。

The room was huge, bed very comfy and nice bathroom. Cannot fault that, we both slept well and it was clean and comfortable. Decor was quite outdated but fine enough. Vacuums left in every corridor which was odd. The restaurant/bar however, was comical. Firstly the service left a lot to be desired just absolutely not on the ball. When we first arrived, my partner ordered a drink which didn't come, then when he then asked again, he eventually was served the wrong drink. Meanwhile I was given a warm glass of bad white wine and our water never came. There was no ambience whatsoever to the restaurant. An awkward hallway desk to greet you, into a silent and super awkward restaurant. No background music and harsh lighting, you could only hear the cutlery and mumbles of other guests. As it was SO quiet you felt you couldn't have a conversation without everyone listening. Then the menu. Three options to start, of which they didn't have the most basic and the one we wanted, a salad! We went for the last remaining options which were not enjoyable, then onto the main. My partner had a huge bun, teeny burger swimming in sauce with two minuscule onion rings, it wasn't good. My mushroom risotto (the only veggie option) lacked any flavour at all bar extreme salt and seemed to be made with normal rice?! The best bit of the meal was the side salad, ironically the leaves and dressing were actually what we had asked for to start?! It wasn't cheap either, but it was very disappointing!!!

Not great, 3 of our party fell ill and we asked if the stay dates could be changed, we were hours outside the change deadline and the hotel manager refused, ******* were great as always however very poor service from the hotel, will seek alternate hotels in the future and avoid this one.

Whilst the outside are offered wonderful views of the golf course with external seating, the room was very disappointing. The rooms were overheated and airless. No air-conditioning is provided which required us to open the door during the night as we woke up choking from the lack of oxygen in the room. The rooms seem to be sealed with double-glazed door and windows which were challenging to open and close easily. Meals were good given the location is a short drive from the town of Chipping Norton.
