位置不錯，還有個陽台，在上麪吹吹歐洲街道裏的小風挺美的。在門口的機器上辦理入住着實難住了我們一家不懂德語的，連猜帶蒙總算住進去了。說的是會有早餐，才4歐元，興奮的住進去就開始找，還和攜程的客服確認了有，但在樓下找了半天也沒找到。邊上餐館的老闆很不耐煩的說和酒店沒關係，也不便再問。牀不大，衛生間也挺簡單，沒拖鞋、有熱水壺，不過這個價錢也算是搶到了，位置還這麼好，走路5分鐘到大教堂，離中心火車站走3分鐘、走路15分鐘到一個商業區，樓下有幾個流浪漢，似乎把這裏當聚點，還遷着一條大狗，有點嚇人，不過並沒有傷害誰。總的來說性價比還是可以的。

我們喜歡我們的住宿,會再去。房間舒適,工作人員愉快和樂於助人,我們確實睡得很好。早餐很好,豐富,但19歐元的價格在房間的成本之上,價格昂貴。毛里求斯感覺更像一個有酒店的溫泉,而不是一個有溫泉的酒店。所以你確實看到人們穿着浴袍穿過接待處(和餐廳區),這就是溫泉中發生的事情。水療中心本身很棒,不像早餐包含在價格中(雖然可能是你需要支付長袍租金)。這是德國,所有桑拿浴室以及蒸汽房和冷水池都必須裸體。在游泳池和按摩浴缸中它是可選的,但實際上這意味着大多數使用這些的人也是完全裸體的。也就是說,如果脫掉你的服裝不適合討論,那麼在游泳池和按摩浴缸裏穿它絕對沒有問題,只要你願意與沒有穿針的人分享。從這個角度來看,進入整個區域有年齡限制,所以這不是家庭游泳池體驗的地方。您可能也想自己使用拖鞋,因爲酒店發行的拖鞋在潮溼的表面上沒有太多的抓地力。關於酒店整體–費用的最後一個詞,似乎在你入住的一週的哪個晚上有相當大的區別,用不同的晚上組合玩可能要付費,看看哪些選項性價比最高。

Very good location, only a short walk from the central station and cathedral. Friendly and helpful staff and the room was clean, stylish and well stocked with cosmetics etc. Only downside was a lack of a welcome/information pack and lack of price list for the minibar, was hard to tell what was gratis and what could incur a cost. Overall though very happy! Would definitely stay again, worth paying a little more than the cheaper alternatives I'd say.

The staff in the hotel are very very very nice. The accommodation however is not the best in the world. When I arrived and checked in (which was super fast) I went to my room that smelled awful. I got changed straight away to another room that did not smell good either, I got changed again abandoned the room was acceptable, the bathroom was full of mould and then shower head was disgusting but I couldn’t face changing again. Ta a great hotel on a budget.

In short; facilities did not live up to expectations and the price. Basically it felt like a fancy looking overpriced regular hotel . Wouldn't book again. ___Full honest review ___ * Our stay Booked a studio room at the hotel for two nights as a getaway weekend with my partner. * Spa was closed!!! :( I chose this hotel because it had a spa included, but when we got there the spa was closed due to water damage. I was quite disappointed, but didn't complain. * Misleading information, fixed easily The hotel then offered to upgrade us to a premium superior studio because I had asked for a bathtub in my booking. It had said on the website the studio I chosen had a bathtub or shower, that was wrong, none of them did. But they upgraded our room so we could have a bath and a shower, which was nice. * Aesthetics exceeded expectations The hotel looks very beautiful and luxurious, so did the premium superior studio room we had. It looks much better than the photos and isn't as dark as it looks (though it still is). The dining area and bar look very nice and have comfortable seating. However, I found the vibe at the bar a bit underwhelming compared to the inviting brauhouses and bars in the city, it had boring lounge music and is very mellow. If you like a more quiet space it's perfect. * Delicious cocktails, good but underwhelming breakfast The waitress at the bar was very nice and the cocktails were delicious. We didn't have dinner there but the food looked good too. However,, the breakfast buffet was rather small but had variety. A few salads, few fruits, fresh salmon, eggs, bacon, waffels and a limited array of breads. The food was quite good but I had expected a larger buffet with more options considering the price. * Rooms way too hot!!! No AC We noticed instantly that it was very warm in the room, when we checked the thermostat it was 23 degrees (oktober, 15-19 and raining outside). We tried to turn down the thermostat but it did not work. It stayed 23-24 degrees all night with the windows open, which was a uncomfortable night's sleep. The next day we asked the reception about it and they said they do not have AC but ”climate control”. The temperature could only be changed 3 degrees up or down. They send someone by to fix it for us, but it stayed 23-24 degrees for our entire stay. We believe it was broken. * Bed was so so The bed was fine but not the most comfortable. The warm room certainly didn't help. * Lacking guest items The studio room had the very bare minimum of guest items. There were no shower caps, sewing kits, lady items or little soaps. Instead they had large containers with soap to use by all guests untill empty, and a small kit with some cotton buds. That was it. There were no slippers or bathrobes. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils however, and there was a simply hairdryer. * Staff was nice, but a bit forgetful The staff was very friendly and helpful but also forgetful. We made use of the valley parking

Gesamtes Personal super nett und kompetent. Ob im Restaurant, in der Bar oder an der Rezeption. Ganz lieben Gruß an Frau Besau. Das ist die gute Seele des Hauses. Immer ein offenes Ohr für Wünsche. Sie ist sehr hilfsbereit und gibt einem schon bei der Ankunft das Gefühl, dass man sich wirklich auf uns freut.

酒店的地點非常好，就在大教堂旁邊步行2分鐘，中央車站步行5分鐘左右，購物街就在旁邊不行也超過5分鐘，總之地點非常好。衹是衛生有待提高，由於我是過敏體質住進去就開始過敏，必須吃藥才能挺過來。

我們知道接待開放時間到22:00,因此我在預訂備註中寫道:“延遲簽到,我們的航班將在21.25落地”。我以爲有人在等我們簽到,只是30分鐘的事情。我們到的時候22:30左右,發現門關着,我們按了門鈴,但是沒有人接。然後我們試着撥打酒店的緊急電話,沒有人接。擔心情況,當時是晚上,我們在街上沒有任何住宿。然後我們走進酒店門口旁邊的餐廳,幸運的是我們找到了一個非常善良的女孩來幫助我們。她還試圖撥打緊急電話號碼,但沒有成功。5個電話後,終於有人接了電話,可惜她不會說英語。我不懂德語,可惜,我把電話傳給餐廳的女孩,她從酒店緊急號碼跟女孩通話。她說我們的密碼是888,但我們和餐廳女孩都找不到一個別針墊來打這個別針。電話那頭的傢伙不知道這個別針墊應該放在哪裏。至少20分鐘後,又打了2個電話,酒店那傢伙告訴我們,腳墊在靠近鈴的街上,有些東西真的看不見,特別是在晚上。我們終於拿到鑰匙,進入我們的房間。和鑰匙一起,我們收到了一封歡迎信。不幸的是它是德語的,因此我們無法閱讀它。這是很好的歡迎嗎?當我們進入房間時,我們立即注意到它不是很乾淨,浴室更糟糕。wc真的很髒(見圖)。我們還注意到很多長髮在房間/浴室地板上和桌子上,在牀單上也發現了長髮(見圖)。只有半卷廁紙可用。我們無法解決我們的問題,因爲與此同時,餐廳關閉,如果我們撥打酒店的緊急電話號碼,我們就無法進行溝通。第二天,我們和接待員談了話,他真的爲所發生的事道歉。他還給我們換了房間,幸運的是。我們終於要求第二天延遲退房,因爲我們的航班是22:00。我們要求在18:00退房,並期望立即得到積極的答覆,畢竟我們的問題,但接待員說,必須問老闆。幾個小時後,我們再次詢問,她說我們需要等到明天早上才能得到他的答覆。第二天,延遲退房被拒絕,因爲清潔人員必須打掃房間。離開酒店時,我們看到牀單被單(在清潔服務期間)被放在地板上了...沒有保護,我們完全理解爲什麼牀單被單滿是頭髮...房間沒有完全清潔也能發生在最好的酒店裏,但通常好的客戶服務可以立即解決問題,並可能向受影響的客人添加一些讚美,以表示強烈的歉意。我們沒有收到任何
