克利爾萊克Travelodge by Wyndham(Travelodge by Wyndham Clearlake)

Reservamos travelodge by wydham de Clearlake porque ofertaba en publicidad el servicio de alberca sin embargo estuvo fuera de servicio los 2 dias que estuvimos poben cafetera y cafe pero no dejan ni uba gota de agua para hacerlo

The floor was coming up in several places. The attendant at the desk was very unpleasant he appeared to be bother every time I asked a question. He never made eye contact. The sheets did not stay on the corner of the bed. The best in the room was the microwave and refrigerator.

I booked 2 days using only one day only . They didn’t respect been checking out next day . I did not use second day they did not returned my money for extra day . Tv in bad service . The guy maybe the owner bad customer service . I won’t be stay for next time . I don’t recommend it .

The bed was awful. Sitting on it you sunk down so far it was hard to get back up. Need an update. Asked for a dryer and was informed they did not have another available for the room. Overall experience was not good.

Greeted by accomodating owner. Room was smelling nice and very clean. Highly recommend. Was quite and located next to local stores. Was a nice town on a pit stop to Eureka California .. will definitely stay again and with the Wyndham motels. They have always been nice. Thank you

Service was lacking (housekeeping was nice!), rooms were not kept as far as maintenance, and we felt annoying more than accommodated at simple requests of towels for our group (only 1 provided) and pillows.

It wasnt what I expected. The microwave smelled like popcorn when we didnt use it. The phone line was disconnected( we didn't realize it was unplugged until we went to sleep). The computer chair had 2 broken wheels on it. There was tape on the ceiling. There was a white patch on the wall while the rest of the wall was blue like there was a hole there. There was a hole(burnt like) on the shower curtain. Tv control wasn't working with the tv other than power on/off. Tv turned off on its own.

Check in was easy, but beyond that, it was not positive. The room smelt aweful when we walked in, there were spiders in the sink, the shower curtain was falling off the wall, the bed sheet had holes. We had reservations for 3 nights prepaid. We removed our belongings after night 2, but ended up needing the room on night 3. They had locked us out of the room. At midnight we had to pound on the window to get a new key. The owner refused to give us a receipt. I was very disappointed This is a Wyndham hotel, yet does not have the standards of a wyndham. I would never recommend this hotel and Wyndham should reevaluate their site

Worst place ever got room upstairs with two pets and air did not work at all 85 degrees he came upstairs and said reset it this went on for about two hours we left worst service ever
