I reserved the room for two days. Upon checking in, the desk attendant greeted us. A super lovely lady at the desk. She was friendly and helpful, answering all of my questions. Upon arriving at our room, it was awesome. Clean, and it smelled clean. Breakfast the following day was outstanding. The lady and gentleman cleaning the area also ensured it was well stocked and checking on us often. All of the employees were so kind and helpful. I highly recommend staying

This is a hidden GEM in collierville. I seen some bad reviews and they are just not true. I have stayed here many times in the last year or so, I am very happy with the rooms the bedding is new and high end mattresses as well as furniture. I am here now for a week while my bathroom at home is being remodeled the staff is very friendly housekeeping came changed my towels out and the rooms pass my WHITE GLOVE test!! The parking lot is spacious well lit and VERY SAFE. Christine Cartwright

Excellent experience and highly recommended if you're passing through. Clean room, kind staff, and it's in the heart of everything you'd want. The price was good and the air conditioning in the room worked gooood. The only thing we wished we'd had was free coffee in the lobby. Kinda bummed that we had to purchase starbucks at the bistro.
