We have really enjoyed the lunch.highly appreciate the excellent service of the staff and yummy tasty food.highly recommend Gaze kitchen lunch buffet. Japanese section should improved. More eggs should add to the watalappan.it is too sweet.we really like Sri Lankan section and pork sausages.
I chose Fairway Colombo during my visit to Colombo on October 2023. The main reason is always the fantastic location. It is walking distance to many of the meetings I have in WTC, Port City, Kingsbury, Hilton and others. There is fantastic restaurants and spa walking distance from the hotel. It is very easy to get vehicles. The rooms area perfect for business stay and even stay with families.
Try the new burgers. It’s phenomenal..!! Thanks to Chef Aqib & Zeeyard. They are superstars. Cafe staff inc barista’s are robin to their kitchens Batman (of course the chefs)! Okay. I’ve been an avid patron of TITO’s cafe in ground level at Marriott hotel Colombo. Always stuck to coffee and sometimes croissants. But the new and introduced burgers especially beef burger just too brilliant. The cheddar cheese, the bacon the burger the sauce’s just the right amount. Try the Spanish coffee or the cafe lattes ask for single shot of espresso! You would go wrong here.
Granbell colombo is the most beautiful city hotel in colombo , It offer really japanese hospitality experience , foods are really tasty , Hotel has most beautiful infinity pool at roof top. That experience is very attractive . Roof top bar is little bit crowded in weekend . But bar staff provide quick service. Also Room has consist with modern features . And Room has bath tab . It is really nice. Overall experience is really worth for money.staff was very friendly. Mihiranga from reception he helps us very friendly during our stay and restaurant staff Niroshan , kasun is very helpfull . We will definitely come back again . Thanks Granbell ❤
As a practice I usually speak to several staff when I visit somewhere before making a genuine comment for the improvement of that organization. Seeing so many sad faces in this happy place, I deeply thought many times whether to write on this or not. Taking care of External Customers is a good thing as long as Internal Customers (your employees) also feel fairly treated. “Clients do not come first. Employees do. If you take care of your employees, naturally they will take good care of the clients.” Your staff doesn't look to be happy and as customers we can feel those things also. Note to management!

訪訪客My experience with the hotel is excellent. Very respectful environment. Morning buffet had variety of choices and worth for what I paid. Room was very clean and served with all sort of accessories to stay. I had a head and neck massage at hotel spa which was an unforgettable experience. Damayanthy, the therapist with more than 15 years experience (dedicated and passionate) gave a nice massage for my painful neck. Overall very good experience staying in the hotel.
