信天翁全包式酒店(Remisens Hotel Albatros-All Inclusive)

En bord de mer adriatique, des chambres simples, claires et très propres. Un beau parc où trônent de superbes cyprès et de majestueux cicas ainsi qu'une belle piscine. Un agréable buffet pour le petit déjeuner et une cuisine fraiche et copieuse pour les autres repas.

We booked this hotel around a year in advance and arrived at the airport to be told there was a ‘technical issue’ with the hotel. We were downgraded from this hotel to their 3* sister hotel. We later found out they had received a large booking of 600 people and therefore were overbooked and chucked us out. We were allowed to check in 4 days later and once there the hotel staff seemed none the wiser about our situation. The hotel itself was OK, good location and had tennis courts and a gym. My partner enjoyed the food. However, I wouldn’t trust to book here again

La Croatie est fort belle, c'est évident mais l’hôtel Albatros c'est autre chose ... La clim bloquée sur 24° dans tout le complexe ! Bonjour les nuits fraicheur ... La nourriture chaude qui est toujours tiède ... Un café du matin IMBUVABLE ... Le vin semble coupé à l'eau ... Peu d'imagination globale au niveau du restaurant ... La mer est à 1 pas, c'est vrai, mais l’environnement est bruyant même la nuit (voitures et motos) et quand un chien du voisinage, à moins de 50 mètres à vol d'oiseau, aboie des dizaines de fois par jour ... bonjour les nerfs ! Aucune sécurité intérieure : les piscines, par exemple, sont accessibles à tout qui passe ... Les portiques sont ouverts en permanence ! Le personnel fait son boulot mais est fort peu souriant ... La literie est OK et les chambres propres ... heureusement ... mais cela ne suffit pas pour passer un bon moment ... Impression générale : établissement de type industriel ou seul le fric compte ...

Me gustó mucho el hotel, el buffet es muy bueno. Los comentarios del aire acondicionado son ciertos, a veces hace falta más aire . El entorno es hermoso, sus piletas, su playa. Me hubiera gustado disfrutarlo más ya que estuve pocos días y no lo aproveché. Croacia es hermosa por donde la mires.

We stayed at the Albatros hotel on the 17th -24th of September in room 402, which was a side sea view, well you could just see the sea, you looked onto the tennis courts and the child play area and looking onto the area where the vast number of old broken sunbeds are stored. If the hotel cuts the tall trees down the hotel will achieve a lot more sea view rooms. The balcony was unusable as there was only room for a small table and two chairs but not enough room get to around the table to use the inside chair. The room itself was fine for two guests but we had three adults in our party and the third bed was a sofa chair that folded out into a bed that was basically flat on the floor with only a very thin mattress topper on it, not very good when the third adult has paid the same amount of money as the other guests in the proper normal comfortable bed, and is basically lying on the floor for a week.. Both the soft drinks and the all-inclusive alcoholic drinks were undrinkable and had a strong chemical taste. The food was very basic and repetitive, soups were like the old fashioned packet powdered type, clear with nothing else in them, but you are supposed to put cold ingredients like cold carrots and noodles or boiled rice into the soups after you put your soup in your bowl. Risotto was boiled rice and not risotto rice again you place the rice in your bowl and ladle the separately dished risotto sauce onto the boiled rice. Rice pudding was a tiny amount of nearly raw rice smothered in milk, which was not very nice at all. For the first four days at breakfast we had butter beans mixed into the baked beans, but the bacon was proper bacon and not the reformed type, fried eggs were hard to get if you went for breakfast before 8am. Potatoes were very rarely on the menu and were substituted with breaded potatoes crochets, if they did have potatoes on it was mashed together with broccoli. If you were a vegan it would be a nightmare as everything was labelled wrong, e.g. chicken soup where the vegetable soup and looked very similar was, coconut milk mixed amongst the normal animal milk so you had to smell the milk to tell the difference in the milks, the pizza’s bases were made on tortilla wraps. The restaurant staffs lean over you to collect the dirty plates while you are still eating. The hotel staffs were not friendly at all and do not interact with guests at all and speak more French than English. We paid twice as much money for this holiday as we would have paid for the same week in Greece and it was definitely not worth the money that we had paid for this holiday in Croatia The evening entertainment was very basic and did not start till 9.45pm and consisted of games that you would normally play around the pool area during the daytime (darts!!). The small outside eating area is where the stage is located for the evening entertainment was carried out, so it was impossible to get a table as the hotel guests that eat on these tables stay on theses ta

This must be one of the worse 4 star hotels I've ever stayed in. Unhelpful and rude staff mainly and TUI rep was applalling and arrogant. Arrived at 0930 but coulnt check in until after 3pm and no facilities arranged to even change or wash having been up since 2 am! Thanks TUI and Remisen, shocking. The food is absolutely dreadful. Even saw people eating just chips for the main course as veg etc mostly must and inedible. Presentation was non existent and lacked any finesse. The dronks in the bar were very expensive e.g 15 euros for two glasses of cheap white wine. Coffe 5 euros. On the plus side, the room was a good size, clean and they tried to change towels daily. They have an indoor pool, but it was not heated!!

Un très bon séjour, rapport qualité/prix correct! Les chambres sont bien équipées et propre. Il y'a pas mal d'activité à faire pas loin ( jet ski; parachute etc) ainsi que des sorties type bateau pour aller à Dubrovnik etc. L'équipe des animateurs est bien mais les croates participent peu aux activités dans la journée ce qui est dommage. Mon seul point négatif du voyage est le moment où je me suis faite agressée par deux hommes ukrainiens devant la piscine mais je remercie la sécurité de l'hôtel d'avoir été réactive! Merci :)
