Very neat and clean rooms, view of city is epic, on main e road with good parking facility. Rooms are big and clean. Polite people, perfect for couples.

The personnel and managers provided excellent service, and the rooms were spacious and clean. A special thanks to Karan, Prit, and Ravi, who were always available with a smile when I called very early in the morning. Managers were also incredibly kind and went above and above to give us the accommodations that we preferred.

Lovely place with lovely people no words to describe the stay, Everything was in order, First visit to northeast with the company members, Stay was comfortable, room was nicely made with all the 5 star amenities. Chanchal,Jyoti,Dev, Sanjay, Pradip Sweta,janardan and others are very supportive throughout my stay🥰

It was a wonderful stay . From the moment we arrived we were greeted with warmth. The front desk team was efficient & friendly . Each interaction with the staff demonstrated their dedication to make our stay truly enjoyable. The location of the hotel was one of the finest in Gangtok. It had a spacious and beautiful garden to sit which I feel non of the other hotels would have . The ***ager was also very kind and made sure that every guest is comfortable in stay ***** with their food menu. I look forward to come back again.

Absolutely an amazing time at Hotel Sinclairs on the land of Himalayas. Rooms are excellent with modern amenities and food was just mouth watering. Lovely ambience. All staffs are very courteous.. The location of the hotel is excellent and away from the crowd with magnificent views of the hills/dense forest. It's a bit 25-30 min away from mg marg but cabs are available (wagonr 500 bucks one side on private basis) easily from the main market. It's a perfect hotel and i would recommend if someone wants to live closer to nature rather than the concrete jungle that is there near mg road or other places. Staff is amazing and serves you with a big smile and it's for all. Food is also good with reasonable price (i have read some reviews that prices are high but considering my experience, prices are very reasonable considering a 4 star hotel except i felt for one thing which is hot gulab jamun with icecream. Again the price is fine but size of the sweet was small. Vegetarian people would like this more as it's a pure vegetarian hotel although alcohol is there. I stayed in room 102 and 104 both are family rooms. 102 can accommodate 4 members easily and 104 is bigger than 102. Both the rooms give excellent views right from your room. If you gets 101 or 104 it's a big plus and they have more space in attic area. Would definitely recommend.
