埃森寵物友善酒店

酒店離火車站約十分鐘步行時間，十分方便，酒店十分新，房間及廁所也十分雪白清潔，房間很大，牀鋪極舒服，也很光猛，極力推薦。

I stayed here for a month whilst working in Essen. Receptionist friendly helpful and spoke excellent English. I was upgraded to an executive room, which was dated but clean and spacious and included a fridge. I was thankful for the air conditioning as the weather was hot at the time of my stay but would have preferred a sheet instead of the thick quilt. Breakfast was the standard offering but a rip off at €21 - you get a far better and cheaper breakfast at similar hotels. There’s a bar and an evening menu but this wasn’t always open however when it was the barman was great to have a chat with and get some local knowledge. There’s power sockets by the bedsides and WiFi was good. Location is good being just a 5 min walk to the underwhelming and disappointing city centre. It’s also only a 5 min walk to the metro which offers great value and for a fee of €9, gets you anywhere, although this was during a summer promotion. As a resident you get access to a gym across the road. The house keeping was at times quite poor with surfaces not wiped down. Overall a convenient place to stay but in need of modernisation which I think is a possibility in the future.

Business travel for Euroshop. Liked my stay and did not feel as formal as a hotel. Breakfast was good, warm breakfast was ok but got boring after the 3rd day. Staff helpful. I will go back to this hotel. Taxis and trains close to hotel. Rooms clean and bedding nice white linen. Good experience

哇。這是埃森·斯皮爾公約的旅行。我們運氣好,預訂了一間房間,真是一家很棒的酒店。一切都是一流的。我們得到了二樓的房間,就在226號房間的電梯對面。那確實超級方便,因爲隔音,窗戶總是關着,我是個吸菸者,所以這讓我的戶外吸菸區之旅變得輕鬆。房間裏的一切都是應該的。有很多插座可以插上我們的電子產品,一張桌子可以把我們的會議用品放在上面,並制定第二天的計劃。淋浴時水壓很突出,所有的肥皂自然地放在分配器裏,每天裝滿。早上打掃房間時非常細緻,當我們偶然發現他們時,清潔人員很好,很細心。我們遇到的所有員工都超級好和友善,儘管我們總是用煩人和瑣碎的事情來困擾他們。酒吧和接待處的晚班確實盡力滿足我們煩人的要求。他們忍受我們,我感覺我們確實考驗了他們的耐心。儘管我們盡了最大的努力或者最糟糕的但無意中誠實讓他們生氣,他們甚至都沒有失去他們的微笑。幹得好,每個人!上面的櫻桃是酒店決定打開一個大房間,裏面裝滿了桌子和椅子,讓斯皮爾與會者在展覽日結束後過夜。真的很周到,這也是那些贏得人們喜愛的小細節之一。我期待着明年回到大會,我相信我會在這家酒店預訂一個房間,旁邊還有我的飛機和會議票。保持下去,GHOTEL!

每次都是入住這個酒店，酒店的前台服務非常好，但是室內清潔令人不滿意，第一天沒有清掃，一周都沒有洗衣液。這個有待提升，酒店的位置好，早餐也不錯。希望下次來衛生會搞的好一些。

我們很喜歡住,我們選擇了酒店,因爲我們想去聖誕市場。酒店是超級中心,市中心也可以走路。我們從院子裏得到一個房間,儘管位置很安靜,入住和出門的工作人員非常友好,很有幫助。總體而言,我們度過了一個很棒的入住

The hotel is just a few minutes from the Philharmonie U-Bahn station or just a 15 minute walk from the main station and hence very nicely located. The staff are very professional and gave me a good welcome. The room was very well-kept and for the price, a good size. Excellent WiFi coverage at good connectivity speeds. Overall, a very nice stay in a very nice hotel.

Prima Standort, um Essen zu erkunden - Folkwang-Museum, Ausgehmeile Rü und die Innenstadt in Laufweite, und andere Destinationen gut mit den Öffis zu erreichen. Praktisch: Parkplätze für 14 Euro/Tag direkt am Haus. Zimmer okay, vielleicht ein bisschen bemüht hip, aber das kann ja altersbedingte Geschmackssache sein. Extrapunkte für das supernette, superfixe, super engagierte Team am Empfang!

Wir waren als Paar zum Frühstücken dort. Das Ambiente ist wirklich wunderschön, sehr gediegen und gepflegt. Der Frühstücksraum hat einen wunderbaren Blick in den Park und im Sommer gibt es die Möglichkeit draußen zu sitzen. Der Tisch war bereits mit einer Auswahl an Brot, Brötchen & Croissants, sowie einer Etagere mit einer Wurs& Köseauswahl eingedeckt. Das war auch direkt das erste was mich störte. Ich bin Vegetarierin und hatte gebeten den Wurstteller auszutauschen. Nach den Hygienevorschriften müsste die Wurstplatte eigentlich weggeworfen werden und man wusste auch nicht, wie lange die Lebensmittel dort schon standen. Was für eine Verschwendung und wirklich extrem ärgerlich! Die Auswahl war wirklich ziemlich mau. Man kann natürlich aus der Frühstückskarte einiges nachbestellen. Der Obstsalat bestand aus Apfel, Orange & Ananas, war also nicht sehr umfangreich. Die Avocado wurde pur serviert, keine Deko, kein Zitronensaft oder nur irgendetwas. Lediglich die Eier Bennedict waren wirklich hervorragend und die besten, die ich je gegessen habe. Der Service war sehr nett aber es wurde nicht ein Teller abgeräumt. Wir mussten schon stapeln am Tisch und das sah auch nicht wirklich schön aus. Wir haben am Ende ca. 120€ bezahlt und waren unglaublich enttäuscht.
