I will keep this review simple. We were here to see a concert in Hershey so our stay was brief. Good: -price was reasonable. -room was clean. -bed was comfy. -staff was friendly. Bad: -so noisy at night. It’s right off the highway and I was woken up 3+ times by trucks or motorcycles downshifting while coming off. -not many food options nearby unless you like fast food. -some of the channels on the tv weren’t working. -hotel smells old and funky. -continental breakfast could be better. -there isn’t much to the gym. It’s got dumbells from 5-35lb and an adjustable bench.

This hotel is absolutely filthy. They covered the hot tub but left water in it. The water is black. The pool area is dirty and there was an eyelash on the ground for about two days. The breakfast room is disgusting. When we checked in the sausage pan was covered in grease. A week later that same grease was there. Broken doors and windows.

This place is NASTY!!! The breakfast area had food and trash everywhere. Nothing had been cleaned in a very long time. The hallways needed swept the rooms needed swept. This place is not worth you wasting your money on. They wouldn’t bring us towels or any other items. We had to clean our own hot tub before we used it. They gentleman cleaning the rooms was laying on the beds just relaxing. He never used the vacuum in the room next door. The floors were nasty. The hotel has been updated and “looks” nice until you really look at it. It needs a deep cleaning and the staff needs training on how to maintain this cleanliness.

Nice clean room. Looks like it's been updated recently. Bed was comfortable. Great water pressure and hot water. Has a Keurig coffee maker which is better than the pods you get most places. It would be nice to have bigger bath towels. Only had 3 standard pillows on a king bed. Only real complaints are the bathroom fan was so loud and the air conditioning was loud and vibrating in room 304, but it did a great job cooling. We didn't use the breakfast buffet, so no comment. There's plenty of parking. The location is very convenient, right off Hwy 81. There's a gas station right next door, several places to eat close by, as well as a 7-11 right down the street. I would stay again.

Terrible chain! Never booking again! Driving at night with two kids in a car, booked a wrong Best Western (clicked in a wrong one in the app). Called right away to cancel, explained what happened and that I want to book it in the different location. First they hided behind 24 hours cancellation policy (like I booked it weeks ago!), then said they need managers' approval and he is not there. I made sure they put it on a record that the cancellation was within 15 min and I am not coming. 5 days later, after calling every day - manager is not available, talking to the same person who continue to tell me about 24 hours cancelation policy. To charge $117 for the room that was booked clearly by mistake and cancelled right away, you have to be THAT desperate! Being single Mom and being ripped of like that is just astonishing to me. Greedy and inhumane! Used to be a good brand.....

This facility is consistently clean and comfortable. Amenities like the pool are almost always in good working order. The hotel is close to major highways, restaurants and other conveniences.

While sleeping the ceiling leaked directly onto our heads in the bed, we were told there were no rooms to move us into and they did not compensate in anyway. NOT very clean hotel overall. No callback from management after four phone calls. Terrible Experience!!

The price is too high for this filthy broke down hotel. Trust me I’ve stayed here multiple times throughout the years and it’s gone completely down hill. The floors were filthy and sticky the entire place smells either like trash or paint. Elevator broken the breakfast was Awful no juice machine working no pancake machine working no food available besides sausage gravy to eat nothing else. Ac broken in my room. Just awful in every way possible

Stayed 3 days and 2 nights. I was gone durning the day but returned each evening. For me the most important aspect of any business interaction is the employees. All staff was pleasant to interact with and Sophia really is a gem that went above and beyond for all the guests. Honestly she really made a kind of rainy weather weekend a bit more sunny. Breakfast is also high on my list and each breakfast was very good! Thank you all for providing a head start to my day. :) Room price was ok. I could have found cheaper I'm sure but I enjoy a nice breakfast and they had other amenities which of course increases the cost.

Everything in the room worked well, the beds were comfortable. The overall hotel was not the cleanest in the common areas, some of the stairwell lights and emergency fixtures didnt work at all, this is a serious safety/fire code violation. Our other guests had to move rooms 3 times due to a broken toilet seat (I dunno why someone couldn't have quickly fixed that) a quarter jammed into the card reader in the next room, so they couldn't get in. Our room keys just stopped working half way through our stay, for both parties. The exterior doors had the latches taped, so just anybody could walk in any entrance,, including the swimming pool area where our kids enjoy being (again, a serious safety violation) Just a lot of little things that all added up. I would not stay here again, the staff was mostly nice, but I would have rather paid more and had little to none of these issues.

Overall we had a good stay at this property. Room was fine, shower was outstanding and check in and check out service was very good. We were very disappointed with the breakfast. Counter was not clean, sausage offering was empty, milk was empty, no OJ, and not lids for the coffee. The young lady working the breakfast room was also working the front desk. She was very apologetic. With that said we would stay there again. Oh, one other thing there was not written guide for the TV.

I appreciate the professional and courteous staff. The service is always consistent with Best Western standards and the facility has consistently improved over the years that I have been staying with them for business purposes. I will continue to stay at this facility.

We stayed 3 nights over Thanksgiving to visit family and found this place to be a good value. They accepted our dog which was very helpful. The staff was courteous and helpful. Good breakfast offered as part of the room rate.
