最近翻新的三星級酒店，提供四星級的服務。雖然房間很小，但設備齊全，浴室乾淨得令人難以置信。很棒的空調和很好的床單和毛巾。很好的淋浴，但遺憾的是使用了液體肥皂。早餐是唯一提供的一餐，儘管我們北歐人只有兩道熱菜，但早餐非常好。新鮮的橙汁（非常棒）可用於少量補充。鑑於馬路對面有很棒的餐廳（Oleg 的 Gimbres），沒有註意到沒有提供全餐。有不錯的大堂吧。

We stayed here for 7 days over New Year. Positives - the piano player at breakfast was very enjoyable, staff in the breakfast room were helpful, great location. The view from the dining room was amazing, the housekeeping was very good. Negatives -hot food at breakfast was on the cool side, there were not enough coat hangers, there were no instructions on how to work the safety deposit box, there was black mould around the shower tray. On New Years Day the hotel bar stopped taking customers at 7 pm as they were short staffed - we could not believe this! We complained but the response was a shrug of the shoulder’s. We had a room with a city view which is very disappointing, we asked to be moved and after a cursory glance were told the hotel was full. The reception staff did not seem to make too much effort in anything. Don’t ask them to book you a taxi!! They booked our taxi from the hotel to the airport and it was more than double we paid to get there by using a taxi from the airport rank.

The hostel is the perfect spot for traveling to the Algarve region. The town is very cute and close to the beach. Besides, it is located at the very center of the area, so you have 45 min car ride to the East beaches and 45 min car ride to the West beaches. The staff was super friendly, and the facilities were very neat and clean. We stayed in the suites, and the price was super affordable. It is highly recommended!

我和我的妻子在2023年6月初在這家酒店住了5晚。我不能對我們從接待人員,早餐工作人員和兩位“經理”那裏得到的服務更加恭維。我妻子行動不便,會使用輪椅。盡一切可能使她儘可能地充實,我們可愛的房間,在酒店前面充滿了科技,非常舒適。不是山毛酒店,而是輝煌的城市休息基地,法羅比你想象的要提供更多。非常感謝里卡多和他的團隊。如果拼寫不完美,道歉。

Hotel completamente nuevo, decorado con buen gusto, tanto las habitaciones como las zonas comunes. No tiene grandes lujos pero esta todo super limpio, muy cuidado y muy cómodo. Las camas son cómodas y las habitaciones silenciosas y bien aisladas. El desayuno es muy completo y está todo muy bueno, especialmente los pastelitos portugueses. El personal es muy amable. La piscina no es muy grande y por la tarde tiene poco sol, pero es suficiente para refresc**** y relaj**** un rato. Además está muy bien situado, a 10 minutos caminando del centro. Sin dudarlo volveré a alojarme allí.

When we checked in everything seemed okay until we got to our room. The room was way smaller than what was shown in the pictures on ***********, for the type of room we booked. They definitely gave us a smaller room than what we paid for. Apart from that, 4 (!) lamps in our room were broken and hanging loose from the wall and ceiling, exposing the electrical wires. The bathroom had mold in it, the showerhead was broken and the cup provided in the bathroom wasn't clean at all. We went to the front desk the same evening. The owner told us she didn't know about this (we later found out they just didn't care). She told us she could call maintenance the day after. They didn't have any other rooms available. And we had to come back again the day after. She didn't seem to wanna help us/care at all. The next day we talked to this other member of staff who offered moving us to one of their other properties in the city. She asked us to come back again the next morning. The next morning we spoke to someone different again about us being moved to the different property. Suddenly there was a different room available in the same property. When we got to the room we came to the conclusion that this was the room type we actually paid for. We also found out that they put new people in our old room without fixing anything. Overall the service was very disappointing and we weren't the only ones with problems. We also overheard other guests complaining at the front desk. The hotel also didn't offer any breakfast service even though they do mention this on ***********. The rooftop bar also wasn't open and there wasn't any other food or drinks service provided apart from a communal hostel kitchen. The rooms don't have hotel basics like a mini fridge, a safe and a kettle for tea. You can definitely get a better room somewhere else for a better price.
