託爾納博尼住宿加早餐旅館(Tornabuoni Place)

Vi forsøkte å ringe B&B flere ganger før oppholdet, aldri noe svar. Hyggelig personal som møtte oss ved oppmøte. Rommet svarte ikke helt til forventningene. Badet var skittent, mugg og avflassing på bad/dusj. Støvete rundt ventilasjon og vann unngåelig rennende ut fra dusjen på badegulv. Vi fikk ikke påfyll av dopapir under oppholdet. Selv om vi etterspurte dette over to anledninger. Vi måtte låne fra to ulike medgjester. Vi kontaktet B&B på Watsup for å få dem til å ringe taxi for oss avreise dag. Fikk sent svar og at det var vanskelig å få tak i taxi. Vi gikk over gaten til et hotell og de ringte taxi for oss som kom med en gang. Lite imponert over Tornabuoni som B&B. Det eneste positive er belligenhet.

This property has serious health and safety issues. There is no accessible fire escape. The stairs are blocked off as renovation work is taking place and guests are told not to use the stairs. The lift is old and can only carry 2 people. The property is situated on the3rd floor of of 4 storey building. I raised the issue whilst there and was told it was safe! I have since written a review on the booking site and have been asked by the property to remove in exchange for a partial refund. I feel the safety issue is so serious that people need to know not to use the facility until the renovation work is completed.

The main amazing part of these apar**ents is the location, 5 mins from the pont vecchio, the uffizi and the duomo. you are so central its crazy! The room is painted is an odd shade of blue - im not a fan, makes the room slightly oppressive. But the bed is beautifully comfy, the room is large and our room on the corner (room 3 or 4) was on the corner and overlooked the square. we had sublime opera singing in the late afternoon. was a real treat. The bathroom needs more storage for sure! the only shelf was tilted and my perfume almost immediately rolled off and smashed on the floor! not the end of the world but more storage would be helpful. there is no longer a breakfast option, and local places are expensive - you are in central town after all!

Posizione centrale. Non ritornerò solo perché in un altro importante albergo della città non fanno pagare la disdetta della prenotazione anche se la comunicazione avviene il giorno del previsto arrivo. Per il resto valida soluzione per soggiornare a Firenze.

Camera bellissima e pulita! Arredamento impeccabile come nelle fotografie del sito. Due finestre in camera con vista su un monumento. Accanto ad una delle vie più chic di Firenze e a due passi da Ponte Vecchio. Alfred il ragazzo che ci ha accolto è stato molto professionale!

Stanza confortevole, molto carina e ben arredata. Personale simpatico e gentilissimo. Posizione super strategica sia per raggiungere velocemente la stazione che il centro città, a piedi ovviamente! Ci torneremo sicuramente! Complimenti!

My parents recently stayed at Tornabouni Place, Florence from August 22nd, 2023. Unfortunately, their experience was nothing short of a nigh**are. From the moment they entered the property at 3 pm, it was evident that their stay would be far from pleasant. The air conditioning system failed to bring the temperature below 25 degrees Celsius, despite our repeated reminders and the manager's attempts to fix it. The oppressive heat within the hotel became unbearable, and as a result, my parents fell ill. They were left feeling helpless as the property manager's efforts to rectify the situation proved futile. To make matters worse, after 6:30 pm, the manager completely stopped responding to our calls and messages. It was appalling to witness their complete disregard for their guests' well-being, seemingly indifferent to the fact that my parents were suffering due to their negligence. It is deeply disheartening that the manager failed to exhibit even a modicum of concern on humanitarian grounds. It appeared that their sole focus was on financial gain, as they had already received payment for the next three nights of our stay during check-in. As the evening wore on and my parents received no assistance or support, we were left with no choice but to make an impromptu reservation at a nearby property. We were fortunate to find refuge at Hotel Cerretani Firenze, where the staff took great care of my parents and ensured their comfort and well-being. It was a stark contrast to the callous trea**ent we experienced at Tornabouni Place. To substantiate our claims, we have documented the abysmal condition of the air conditioning unit with photographs. These images clearly demonstrate the ineffectiveness of the system and the discomfort it caused. Despite this compelling evidence, Tornabouni Place has refused to acknowledge their responsibility and provide a refund for our booking. The lack of professionalism and accountability displayed by Tornabouni Place is deeply disappointing. It is unacceptable for a hospitality establishment to neglect the basic needs and safety of its guests. I strongly advise against staying at Tornabouni Place, Florence, as it is evident that they prioritize monetary gains over guest satisfaction and well-being. We have been left deeply dissatisfied and disheartened by our experience at Tornabouni Place. It is my hope that this review serves as a warning to potential guests and prompts the management to reflect upon their actions and make amends for their egregious behavior.

The location was perfect! We had a wonderful view from our window and everything is in walking distance.

Great stay, very good sleep, slightly misleading about a bnb, as there was no breakfast option! Would recommend
