波斯特公園酒店(Park Hotel Post)

Hotel is within walking distance of train station/bus station - even with luggage. It really wasn’t a bad walk. Very nice desk staff. Could easily communicate in English. I’m very insecure about my German, so that made things easier. Breakfast is a nice spread. Dining room staff were very attentive! Room was nice! Air conditioning unit didn’t do anything. It was running but barely a whisper coming out and Freiburg was hot in late May. Bed was comfortable. No top sheet - only a duvet. It made for hot nights. This seems to be how Europe rolls. Plug is under nightstand if you need to charge your phone. Shower was terrible! It was in a tub and the glass “enclosure” only went 1/4 around the tub and not in front of the shower head. Water went all over the floor every time you showered. If you’re not secure on your feet and you step out of the tub into the puddle on the floor you’re going down. How some older person hasn’t cracked their head open is beyond me. Each guest gets a free drink from the fridge. That was nice! Lovely view from our window! Easily walkable to the Munster and town. Very close to tram stop. FYI - Germany shuts down on Sundays. Can’t do much other than get something to eat.

スタッフの方々がとても親切でした。 駅からも近く、目の前にスーパーマーケットもあり便利です。 お部屋は広くはないし、シャワーブースのみでしたが、清潔感ありゆっくりできました。 朝食もゆっくりいただけました。 チェックアウトの際、お水やカレンダーのお土産をいただき、とても嬉しかったです。

The staff is wonderful here and we had a bigger room with a balcony. The issue I had was cleanliness. There was hair in the tub when we checked in and I just figured run soapy water, it was probably from cleaning it and it's from the housekeeper. Then in the middle of the night I had flipped the pillow while sleeping, and in the morning saw there was blood on the pillow and on the sheets from previous guests. It was definitely already there and not from me. It seems the way the pillow with the blood on the side was placed down strategically so you can't see it, and there was blood on the sheets under the pillow. A little grossed out that my face was on it. I mentioned it to the front desk, they were very apologetic and said that was unacceptable and did have our room cleaned immediately. Still I spent $650 Euros to spend a night sleeping on someone else's blood. Gross and totally unhygenic. I really liked the blackout blinds that was a nice touch. The staff was all so nice, the breakfast staff is really nice and it is in a good location. The hotel can be renovated as it seems outdated but it would have been a better stay if we didn't experience what we had.

The staff was wonderful, the location is phenomenal, the breakfast was delicious (especially the ham, which looks deceptively simple but holy cow the flavor), and the room was clean and big by European standards. I can’t find fault with anything about our stay, there were even sweets in the lobby, at all times. I would definitely stay here again!

Personal sehr freundlich, Zimmer und Bad groß und sehr sauber, Bettenqualität hervorragend, Frühstück lecker, Tiefgaragenparkplatz kann reserviert werden, check out erst um 12.00 Uhr, gibt es sehr selten. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder

Hotel storico con bell'affaccio sul parco cittadino. Comodossimo sia per la stazione che per il centro. Personale estremamente gentile, buona colazione abbondante con ampia selezione. Bella le stanze letterarie abbinate a scrittori locali. Mi è piaciuto molto avere finestra sul parco, stanzo non grandissima ma funzionale. Hotel altamente raccomandato con prezzo adeguato alla location.

Les stores aux fenêtres (les seuls que nous ayons eu durant nos vacances en Allemagne), le calme total et la literie, nous ont permis de passer de bonnes nuits Le personnel est particulièrement agréable La situation de l’hôtel est par ailleurs très bonne car située à moins de 10mn à pied de la cathédrale Le seul point d’amélioration réside dans le petit-déjeuner qui est bon, sans plus

A pochi passi dal centro a fianco di un parco. Elegante palazzina in cui è ubicato, ma spazi risicati all'interno con hall quasi inesistente . Bene il garage privato sotto all'hotel (prenotabile e a pagamento) ma con pochi posti. Camere ampie con salottino e mobilio datato. Comunque ordine e pulizia con un bel bagno ampio e specchiato , seppur cieco. La mia camera al 1° piano aveva anche un balcone molto ampio con affaccio sul parco, molto piacevole. Colazione a buffet di alto livello, sia per scelte possibili che per qualità.
