Freundliches Personal. Schneller check-in. Großes Zimmer, etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Fenster liessen sich nicht öffnen. Bad + Dusche zwar etwas renovierungsbedürftig (z.B. die losen Platten an der Decke knallten wenn man die Badtür öffnet) aber sehr guter Wasserdruck. - Relativ gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Nicht gefallen · Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit 2 getrennten Betten gebucht, aber man konnte uns nur ein Zimmer mit großem Bett geben. Dafür gab es ein kostenloses Frühstück. - Das Hotel liegt abseits des Meers, man muss für alles ein Auto nehmen. - Alles in allem eher kein 5-Sterne Hotel.

During my recent stay at Concorde Hotel Fujairah, I found the experience to be generally satisfactory, but there were a few areas that could use improvement. The hotel's location, away from the beach, may not suit beachgoers, and the furniture appeared dated. I also encountered issues with a malfunctioning bathtub. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the cleanliness was well-maintained. Overall, while there were drawbacks, with some upgrades and attention to detail, Concorde Hotel Fujairah has the potential to enhance the guest experience further.

Very excellent facilities very good stuff very supportive. Very helpful. Brother ahmed and milinda in duty swimming do a wonderjob. Very clean facility is very nice view. You have a grandma’s view from the swimming pool rooftop and there is very good spa service very gentle care.

I had my marriage reception function in Concorde Hotel, Fujairah, the staffs were supportive and kind, they lead the whole function in an amazing way. They also cooperated well with the stage set up and photoshooting activities. The food was good and our staying room was also really good, thank you.

Hôtel situé sur un grand boulevard. Pas grand chose pour manger dehors, du moins dur de trouver de bonnes adresses pour se restaurer. L’accueil était bien. La chambre est bien pour une nuit. Décoration un peu « vieillotte ». Kit distribué dans la salle de bain ( brosse à dents, rasoir,..) en revanche seulement une serviette de bain par personne, pas de serviette pour les mains ni tapis de bain. La chambre est sale, ne pas marcher pieds nus, il y a un coin café où j’ai eu des sachets de sucre déjà ouvert. Méfiance pour les gens allergiques car la chambre on sent bien la poussière. Il y a une jolie vue depuis les chambres mais les vitres sont très très sales donc on ne peut pas trop en profiter ni prendre de photos. L’hôtel propose une carte pour se restaurer, je n’ai pas testé mais y a quelques choix. La piscine a une belle vue sur les montagnes. Le petit déjeuner, le personnel est très gentil, accueillant, souriant. En terme de repas il y a un peu de tout. Niveau sucré pas de crêpes pancakes ou gaufres.. des petits cake et du pain avec miel/confiture/beurre. La note donnée c’est vraiment pour le côté vieillot. Moquette rapiécée, matelas pas confortable et lit instable. Aucun adaptateur pour prises européennes. C’est un hôtel 5 étoiles et ça me surprend. Pour la piscine on nous propose pas de serviette. Parking gratuit dans une ruelle. L’hôtel est calme mais faut dire qu’il n’était pas complet

Dirty, old rooms with a bad smell. I got allergies from the old carpet and curtains and probably same bedsheets for most customers. Trying to hide these facts by changing the lobby and making it modern, but when you enter the room you get surprised. Be aware for cockroaches and spiders. And note they do not refund. I wouldn’t recommend any human to stay their. Very bad attitude from Aboud khoory “the sales manager”, when he’s supposed to sort thing out and find solutions as a leader, he tries avoiding problems.

عامل التنظيف سورندرا يعمل بكل اريحيه ونظافه المكان يكون مهتم فيه شكرا لهذا العامل وجونا موظفة الاستقبال انسانه لطيفه جدا وتساعد بكل سهوله ولا تصعب الامور ملاحظتي لهذا الفندق ب عدم التدخين في اللوبي رائحة كريهه جدا. هذا مدخل الفندق يجب ان تكون الرائحه منعشه للزباين اتمنى في رحلتي القادمه تطبقون بعدم التدخين في اللوبي هذا الشي ينفر الزبون

Thank you Concorde hotel team Fujaiarah The experience was amazing.Afaf from reception had the best smile and she is very helpful.The restuarants are nice and the car parking area was good too.and the checkin and check out was very smooth.

I was on the day use in Concorde hotel for full facility was amazing time jacozi and sauna it's very nice I would like to Mr Ahmad to exit plan to me about on facility , swimming pool really very nice with nice view

Had a chance to visit and fine dine in belle view restaurant...staff is very good and helpful specially ulfat and nikhil doing great job fullfiling our needs as we want..food is also good ..............thank you so much for such great service...

Very bad and old hotel سيء جداً

All facilities was excellent especially kitchen department was excellent due to friendly service and well served. Taste was also good. Room also enough space for two person. Receptionist also well welcome and kindly take care for guest.
