Family room, really comfy main bed, 2 reasonably comfortable childrens beds. Lovely pillows. Very clean. Lovely view of the marina. Ask for a room that is facing the water not the car park. The pub/restaurant joining the hotel is great. Nice a**osphere, friendly and relaxed,nice staff and good food. Plenty of parking for the hotel. Really good location for Hartlepool and the surrounding areas.

Our usual hotel of choice for yet another Hartlepool weekend break. Excellent position near train and bus links. No food onsite but plenty of options nearby. A slight problem with the rooms booked due to redecorating commencing whilst we were staying but all handled as well as could be by moving the coffee machines and a chair into the standard room. Internet still included as per original booking and worked as well as anywhere I've stayed recently. No complaints, they have to redecorate sometime. Staff first class and friendly as ever. Will be back for another break in due course.
