Комфортный отель. Один из немногих в Израиле, соответствующий заявленным 5 звездам. Уютные и удобные номера. Красивые общие пространства. В отеле всегда много живых цветов. Отзывчивый, расторопный персонал. Отдельный вид искусства- завтраки в Дан Акадии. Разнообразные, невероятно вкусные. Классный большой бассейн. И, что редко для Израили- мягкие матрасы на шезлонгах. В одном шаге от отеля есть очень достойный ресторан с видом на море. Каждый раз с удовольствием сюда возвращаюсь и жду новых встреч!

Llegamos a este hotel ya que el año pasado fuimos a otro que está cerca y tuvimos la peor experiencia. Por lo que decidimos este año cambiar e intentar con otro hotel. El hotel Dan Accadia es un tesoro en la ciudad, se nota el managment desde que cruzas la puerta de entrada. La atención es prolija y muy cuidada y se ve en cada empleado del hotel. En el front desk los empleados con una paciencia infinita me mostraron todas las habitaciones disponibles pues llevábamos mucho equipaje. Las habitaciones del edificio principal están recién renovadas y son muy cómodas. El baño de buen tamaño y con todo nuevo. La limpieza es un tema que hay que destacar pues en el otro hotel era inexistente. En Dan se toman muy en serio el housekeeping!! Todos los días la habitación y baño estaban IMPECABLES! El desayuno es una experiencia fantástica pues tienen muchísima variedad para elegir y en Shabbat tienen el doble de variedad lo que se agradece. La gerente del hotel fue muy amable con todos los requerimientos que le pedimos y siempre tuvo una actitud muy agradable y amable. Hay un lounge en el primer piso donde se puede pedir ciertos tragos y comida sin costo si reservas habitaciones deluxe, donde la atención también fue excelente. Cuentan con un bar donde hay una mesa de pool que es la atracción de los huéspedes. En el piso -1 hay Arcade para los niños y una boutique. La piscina es grande y se hacen clases de buceo. Todo en este hotel invita a volver! El próximo año volveremos sin dudarlo! Gracias a todos por hacer de nuestra estadía un verdadero placer!!

My stay at the Dan Acadia hotel was truly a pleasant surprise. Every member of the team, from the reception area and housekeeping staff to the restaurant crew, bartenders, and management, was exceptional. I'd like to emphasize the outstanding service I received from Daniel at the reception. From the moment I arrived, he was incredibly helpful, providing valuable information about the hotel and the Herzliya area. His patience and kindness were evident throughout my stay. Initially, I had planned for a three-night stay, but after a conversation with Daniel on my first night, I decided to extend my visit by another five nights. Every person I encountered during my time at the hotel was friendly and accommodating. The housekeeping staff on the second floor were consistently warm and welcoming, always greeting guests with a smile. Kobi, the hotel manager, was accommodating and friendly, always checking in with a smile to ensure our comfort and happiness. His dedication to providing excellent hospitality was evident in every interaction. Lastly Roy, the restaurant manager responsible for both the poolside bar and interior Castell hotel restaurant- He consistently went above and beyond, displaying attentiveness and kindness. He made sure the food met our preferences and was always eager to please. Made us feel at home !! I will highly recommend your hotel to all my friends visiting Herzliya. It truly felt like a resort oasis, and our experience was nothing short of amazing. Many thanks to everyone for the wonderful time. This stay will be a cherished memory, and we hope to return in the future, God Willing!!!!

This was the most unusual stay ever, the hotel and staff were absolutely amazing in every respect and deserve huge credit all round. The hotel is currently hosting around 1,000 displaced survivors of the 7/10 Hamas attack on Israel and we were the only tourists staying at the hotel. It was a visit I will never forget.

The staff was extremely welcoming. The room was beautiful with updated furnishings.

We looked for a place to relax on our weekend, near the sea, in the center of Israel. Dan Acadia was a perfect choice for us, combining the open view of the sea, spacy room, nice ambiance, and beautiful lobby. The staff was pleasant and polite. The dining experience was amazing, abundant variety of food that fit all diets. We felt rejuvenated and relaxed after this stay. highly recommended!!

Highly recommend this hotel! It's just above the beach and views are amazing, as is access to the beach. They have a very large, clean pool and a kiddy pool and their lounge chairs are beyond comfortable. Umbrellas make it very comfortable as well. They have futons facing the sea if you prefer. The staff is excellent and aim to please at every turn. The rooms are lovely and many have balconies or outside private seating. It's a five minute walk to excellent restaurants in the marina as well.

This hotel has the most romantic feel to it. Feels a little like old hollywood. The staff is incredibly friendly and warm and will do anything to make your stay comfortable. Super clean and possibly the best breakfast buffet in the city.

Our family stayed at the hotel for the New Year's holiday. The service we received in all aspects was excellent. For example, I would like to especially mention the willingness to help in everything, with great kindness, patience, as well as the wonderful and varied food, the cleanliness, and many other things that make the vacation wonderful. In addition, I would like to point out that on the day we arrived, part of our family was infected with covide and could not come, yet the hotel canceled the room free of charge. In conclusion, this was the first time we stayed at the hotel and there is no doubt that we will return there! BIG thanks from us to all the staff and management of Dan Accadia Hotel Herzlia.

This used to be a good luxury hotel but it has really gone downhill. Needs major renovation and a better staff. Doorman is useless and lazy. Can't even call a cab. Good example is chair in room which is old and torn (see photo). Belongs in a homeless shelter -- not first-class hotel. Amenities in bath are poor. Miniature bar of soap and shampoo tube that can't be opened, The manager should be fired. Also charged me a fortune on a couple of hours extended checkout.

An old gem that never fades. Stayed there MANY times. Cannot beat the setting, pool, views, incredible breakfast buffet,..,
