Overall, park residency offers a decent stay in terms of room quality and cleanliness but has several service and facility-related issues that need addressing.

It was a wonderful experience. The reception staff was very friendly and accommodating. Even though we had a prior booking of a particular room they upgraded us to a villa at the same price as we wanted a better view. The food was great. The ambience and decor of the hotel is amazing. And its proximity to the beach makes it worth the while. The swimming pool is well maintained. The hospitality of the entire staff is commendable. Even though we had a language issue, they helped us in the best possible way and sorted out our transportation issues as well. 10/10.

I had some issues with my room and the ***ager quickly resolved it by setting me up in another room that was above the category I booked. The staff were helpful, ensuring a comfortable stay. Recommended for its convenience and hospitality.
