Food was not great, but the room is OK overall the clean and it’s close to the university area. It’s really convenient if it’s a short short stay then I would recommend the hotel too.

The hotel location is convenient. The continental breakfast is also OK. However, the service quality and attitude of front desk receptionist has the room for the improvement.

Needed room for family event.traveled 350 miles and when I arrived was greeted by Dakota ,very pleasant and professional.She is a real asset to you company. Stay was wonderful !

I stayed one night here, and was very impressed (relieved actually) at how clean the room was. There was a microwave and little coffee maker in the room. I didn't check out the breakfast due to my schedule so cannot attest to the quality of the offerings. The concierge person was so friendly and helpful. Recommend.

I had intended on staying at the hotel down the block. But when it turned up that there were no more rooms for my dates, I picked this hotel very last minute and hoped for the best. I walked in and loved the decor and atmosphere. I learned that this hotel was recently renovated. The room was clean and staff was friendly. I didn’t expect a hot breakfast, but that was a nice and welcome treat. There was a fridge and microwave in the room. I also learned that this hotel has a laundry room. It was also in a very nice area, surrounded by restaurants and other stores needed while on vacay. This hotel checked off a lot of what I want and expect from a home away from home. My family was really impressed and enjoyed this hotel. I agree with them! I need to return to the area and already booked my next stay here.

For the last two years I have been staying at this place. But this time everything was different. The front service girl was not friendly. The room was not up to my standards. One of the beds linens were dirty. There was mode in the bathroom and no hand soap. I also noticed some stereotype in this place.

This is a clean and convenient hotel in Ithaca where it can be difficult to get a decent room with all the colleges around. The breakfast looked plentiful and the pool seemed clean. The workout area was super small and claustrophobic. I would recommend this but just don't have grandiose expectations.

Staff was very friendly hotel was very clean. We were not crazy about the breakfast selection. If there was an omelet maker and some mixed sliced fruit would of been key. Also there was no oatmeal in the warmer when I went to get some.

The check-in itself was fine. When I got up to the fourth floor after requesting the lowest floor possible and the girl completely ignoring me, there was a terrible smell off the elevator. The smell was also in the bedroom. I promptly tried to call the front desk but nobody was answering. Finally after the third phone call attempt she picked up and said that they had renovations and there was a new carpet everywhere. The smell was so bad there was no way I could sleep in the room. She was very rude and put me on the first floor which she probably should’ve done when I asked her to put me on the lowest floor to begin with. She also commented that she was working alone and that’s why it took a long time to get the phone, which is fine. When I came downstairs there was nobody behind the desk And I actually had to go to the back room to get her because she was making a telephone call behind in the managers office. Again I understand she’s working alone but she was very rude when she handed me my keys. Not an enjoyable stay plus their elevator was making a whole bunch of horrible noises and it was absolutely filthy Place has really gone downhill since last time I stayed here.

Overall an ok experience. The location is very good, a quick drive downtown. The bed was very comfortable which is a big one for me. The hotel was clearly clean though definitely in need of updates (scuffed walls, stained carpet, etc). The staff were mostly ok. One woman in particular was rude both times we encountered her though. The breakfast is not worth it. The waffle maker stuck and didn’t have spray so was out of commission partially every morning. On one morning the only thing available for coffee creamer was the fake stuff out of the pumper (yuck) or skim milk. We were told they were out of everything else. The rest of the food was just ok. Overall a decent experience but we will go elsewhere next time.

Nice quiet stay, super close to downtown which was great. Our room was comfortable and clean. Our only qualm was how soft the mattresses were--we were really sinking into the beds and didn't find them super comfortable for multiple nights. Given the friendly staff, nice continental breakfast, cleanliness and location, it's still a win and I would definitely stay here again
