服務人員從守望員到鍾童到經理特別是Shyju先生和Muthu先生都非常棒。房間雖小,但維護得很好。總體清潔度不錯,但浴室的馬槽本來可以更乾淨。不得不要求刷和牙膏。建議是房間裏的全長鏡子本來可以不錯。房間裏沒有鎖。總體不錯的體驗,特別是如果你正在尋找臨時住宿。

The location of the hotel is just perfect, right at the heart of Calicut, so it helps in moving around the city and its places of interest. The room was well-spaced, clean, and nicely decorated, so one could get the best blend of comfort and luxury. The bed was very comfortable with good quality amenities so that one can get fully relaxed during the stay. The highlight of my stay was the dining. There is a delicious menu, featuring local taste and international cuisine. Each meal was a delight to the taste buds, well-prepared with fresh ingredients and appealingly presented. Their buffet breakfast was simply outstanding, with great variety to suit all tastes.

訪訪客I booked the deluxe room in this hotel through mmt. This hotel is located at 6th and 7th floors of emerald mall. Great advantage of this hotel is its location as it is in the middle of city. It is nearby to baby memorial hospital, just a walkable distance. Rooms are spacious and clean, washroom are also spacious and tidy. However rooms need maintenance as there are some water damage on walls as colour was flickering out due to water leakage specially on bathroom wall. Even ac was also leaking however it was in working condition. Bedding and linens were clean and tidy. Service was prompt and sufficiently good. Toiletries were provided on request. Staff were cooperative and professional. Still there is need of some improvement in the services. I haven’t experienced the food quality of hotel as i preferred food from outside as there are multiple options available just next to this hotel. Lobby and corridor were spacious however lift is quite congested. As hotel is at the middle of the city it is well connected. Railway station is hardly 2-3 km away from the hotel and cab or auto rickshaw is easily available. There are multiple options for food in nearby vicinity. So all in all it is a good deal.

訪訪客We had booked 4 rooms here for one night. The hotel is not easily identifiable what with it being next to crowded shops attached to either side. No parking space. Our vehicle was parked in the next lane. Rooms were average, beaten down furniture not polished for years together. The curtains looked as if they haven't been washed or replaced from the time the hotel was established. The lift is accessible only from the 1st floor, so senior citizens or people with health issues would definitely have a difficult time. No view to talk about, better don't try looking out of the window. Advantages, its is in the centre of the town, so if you are visiting for sight seeing, most of the beaches and fort is close by. Good restaurant next door who delivers room service and good food. I would recommend this only if you are not going to be in the room whole day except for night sleep and the proximity to various landmarks in the city.
