「10到15分鐘可以到 Lichtenberg 的S bahn和U bahn，然後2-3分鐘有REWE，去旅遊區大概30-40分鐘，還挺乾淨的，但隔音不算太好，對面是桌球廳，經常聽見他們在播歌，房間也真的很小，要共用衛生間，也沒有冰箱什麼的，短暫住一下還是可以的」

「房間的空間非常寬敞，整體環境也保持得相當乾淨，入住時給人的第一印象很好。Wi-Fi 連線速度穩定順暢，無論是工作、追劇或查資料都沒有遇到任何問題。另外，周圍的環境很安靜，晚上的休息品質非常好，不會被吵到，這點我非常滿意。 不過，美中不足的是房間只有一間廁所，需要六個人共同使用的情況下，早上與晚上容易出現排隊，使用起來有些不太方便。而且廁所的門無法上鎖，對於隱私或安全感比較在意的旅客來說可能會有些不適應。如果能改善這部分，相信整體住宿體驗會更好。」

「Had a great stay here! The room is spacious, clean and modern with all the comforts you need. There is luggage lockers, laundry and common area on the ground floor making it suitable for all types of travellers. The building is very secure and has an inviting vibe from the moment you walk in. I would recommend completing the guest information via the Hotel Bird app before you arrive to ensure check in is easy. The hotel emails you a great information pack on the first day about using the amenities which is really helpful.
It is close to the train station, eateries, supermarket and pharmacy so you have access to everything you may need. However, if you are looking for nightlife in Berlin this is not the right area to stay as there is not a lot going on.
The only two pieces of feedback would be the comforters felt a little dusty and there was some dust under the bed as well. The english instructions to use the laundry could be clearer.」

「房間挺大的，衞生也還好，無拖鞋，牙膏牙刷。有刷牙的口杯，浴巾。隔音一般
熱水壺要收10歐的按金，退房的時候全部給退。
我們最後幾天住的時候附近有國事訪問，樓下停車區停滿了全付武裝的安保。安全感十足。
酒店對面就是超市，走10分鐘左右，是個大型的市場，挺方便的。」

「Ons verblijf was prima. Even een hapering bij incheck omdat t kamernummer ontbrak in de app. Gelukkig werd dat snel opgelost door een medewerker die we konden bellen.
We hebben heerlijk geslapen. Bedden waren schoon. De douche was ook schoon met frisse handdoeken. Helaas af en toe dat de waterdruk wegviel waardoor koud water.
Van hier uit konden we mooi met t openbaar vervoer in de stad komen. De tram is echt heel dichtbij.
Gezellig restaurant om de hoek. Met vriendelijke bediening.」

「不錯,酒店舒適,我們免費送到客廳。早餐非常完整,但太貴了,21點左右。離地點,免費停車場,還有一套火車+火車可以在45分鐘內到市中心。也許太遠,太偏遠,太偏偏,與城市的所有有趣的東西相反,但這只是一個。」

GGuest UserHilton 設施好。地點在選帝侯大街，是購物，搭車的方便之選。 有健身及Sauna 設施。早餐不錯，雖然算不上很豐富，但也足夠。我最喜歡他們可以自己揀選不同的茶葉，有茶隔，很不錯。

LLambert_I stayed at the nhow Hotel Berlin with friends for 6 nights around New Year's. While there were some positive aspects, overall, the experience felt quite inconsistent for a 4-star hotel.
The positives:
- The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable.
- Soundproofing between the rooms was good.
- The staff was very friendly and welcoming.
However, there were numerous issues that detracted from the experience:
- Reservation Mix-Up: I had specifically requested two single beds instead of a double bed, but this was not reflected in the room assignment upon arrival.
- Missing Amenities: Basic items in a hotel like bathrobes and slippers were missing from the room, and we were told to order them via room service. Unfortunately, the app didn’t work, and no one at the reception answered the phone despite multiple attempts on different days.
- Light and Noise Issues: While the rooms were soundproofed well from other rooms, we could hear everything happening in the hallway. Additionally, there was a gap under the door, letting light from the corridor into the room at night, which made it impossible to have complete darkness.
- Wellness Area: The wellness area was underwhelming. There was no jacuzzi, only a sauna and a hammam, and the hammam was out of service. The gym locker room lights stopped working after a certain time, and towels were unavailable later in the day.
- Misleading Information: A brochure in the room mentioned that phone chargers were available via room service. However, we were told at the reception that these were no longer provided for free and had to be purchased for €20.
While the hotel wasn’t bad overall, these recurring small issues added up and left us feeling that the service didn’t meet the expectations for a 4-star establishment. It’s a shame because we did enjoy our stay to some extent, but the lack of attention to detail was disappointing.
If I return to Berlin, I won’t rule out staying here again, but I’ll definitely check other options first.

RRPSMWe recently stayed at The Circus Hotel in Berlin, taking two rooms for a short family trip. The experience was, in many respects, excellent. The location is ideal—central, with easy access to public transport and within walking distance of a huge variety of restaurants and shops.
Service throughout was truly commendable. Staff were attentive, friendly, and helpful at every turn. The hotel bar is a genuine highlight—stylish, welcoming, and well-stocked. We especially appreciated the honesty bar and terrace upstairs, which made for a beautiful, relaxed afternoon during our stay.
Breakfast was another strong point, offering a good variety of quality options in a comfortable setting. The rooms themselves are well-sized, clean, and nicely appointed.
However, there’s a major issue that any traveller should be aware of: there is no real air conditioning. What’s provided is what I would describe as a comfort cooling system—more symbolic than functional. During our stay, temperatures hovered around 25 °C during the day and 18 °C at night, yet the rooms remained unpleasantly warm. Both rooms had fans, and the windows had to be opened to let in any real cool air. It’s quite clear that the hotel expects guests to rely on the fans, which is not acceptable given the climate realities of Berlin summers.
This significantly affected our comfort and sleep. For travel between late May and early October, I would strongly caution against booking unless you’re completely indifferent to room temperature.
It’s unfortunate, because in almost every other respect, The Circus Hotel is a real gem. I genuinely wanted to love it, and in cooler months, I very likely would. But the absence of proper climate control is a deal-breaker in warmer weather, and it’s clear the hotel is aware of the issue—hence the fans in every room.
Pros:
• Excellent location

• Great breakfast
• Fantastic bar and terrace
• Generous room size
Cons:
• No air conditioning—only a weak cooling system and fans
• Rooms become uncomfortably warm even in moderate summer temperatures
Conclusion:
A brilliant hotel during cooler seasons. But for summer stays, particularly with children or light sleepers, the lack of proper climate control unfortunately outweighs the many positives.

訪訪客這是一家採用新風格設計的旅館，從名字就可以看出來。房間裡沒有私人浴室，所有浴室都位於樓層，每層樓有多個廁所/淋浴間。還有幾個廚房。廁所，至少是男廁，很亂，總是沒有衛生紙，還會留下啤酒瓶。一個波蘭人在我前面走進廁所，發現沒有衛生紙，罵了一句“kurwa”，然後摔門而去。這很有趣。不過，這不是工作人員的問題，他們會真誠地嘗試監控和清潔一切，而是客人的問題。房間的設計讓人想起蘇聯先鋒營，光禿禿的牆壁、床和電視、窗戶，儘管配有遮光窗簾。房間或多或少比較乾淨，但清潔服務需額外收費。一般來說，那裡的一切都需要額外的費用或押金。如果你想要毛巾就給20歐元；如果你想做飯，這裡有一套鍋子、清潔劑和一個開瓶器；留50歐元。這是我第一次看到沒有杯子、叉子或煎鍋的廚房。對我來說這簡直是無稽之談。但那裡有一台自動販賣機，售價 2 歐元，可以購買糖果和咖啡。這裡沒有飲水機，也沒有燒水壺，唯一的生活小撇步就是把馬桶裝滿水，用咖啡機裡的紙杯在微波爐裡加熱，然後用早餐時非正式帶來的茶包泡茶。工作人員之間互相不太友好，女孩收了20歐元押金，送了一條毛巾，承諾每天更換，接待員不肯，還要求5歐元換一次毛巾。但他們在這樣做時盡量保持禮貌。接待處並非 24 小時開放，開放時間為晚上 9 點，但之後仍可進入。需要憑鑰匙卡才能進入旅館區域和房間。食堂裡的食物也是用代幣出售的，順便說一句，這是我第一次看到這種情況；）早餐很簡單，很基本，而且總是一樣的，2 種酸奶、水果沙拉、煮雞蛋、幾種切片火腿/香腸和 2 種簡單的奶酪、基本的廉價麵包、黃瓜/西紅柿、鍋爐煮的咖啡。位置比較偏僻，但是附近有電車站。到達市中心需要很長時間，搭乘大眾運輸需要一個多小時。 儘管科佩尼克區總體上歷史悠久，但它一直是一個工人階級地區。現在那裡有很多烏克蘭人和波蘭人。從自然角度來看，這個地方很美麗，兩條河流交匯，周圍綠樹成蔭。旅館附近有休息室，因此住戶可以放心地在窗戶下閒逛、喝啤酒、抽**和大聲播放音樂。總的來說，就像那個笑話裡說的：“——什麼是複雜的感受？——就像當你的岳母在你的車裡淹死的時候！”
