ACC 利物浦展覽館（ACC Liverpool）附近酒店

When we arrived, we noticed we had been given a far inferior room than we've ever had before. The view was terrible. There was no fridge which we have always had before and the room looked 'tired'...in need of TLC. I went to reception to tell them I was not happy. Anyway they did sort it. Gave us another room with a better view and the young girl on reception brought us an old, but working mini fridge.. so it worked out OK in the end ( I need a fridge to put some of my medication in.) Another lady on the desk was very curt when I said there was no fridge and stated....not all rooms automatically have a fridge in them. Sorry but I thought they did. Whoever makes loose leaf tea in the restaurant needs to learn it is 1 tsp of tea per person and 1 for the pot. In this case 3tsp of tea and not half a teapot full. I kid you not. See pic below. We got a refund for some of the tea, but nit for the cream tea my friend had. My friend had ordered a cream tea and me, just a tea. Yet they brought a pot of tea for 2, which is the wrong etiquette for an order like this. Hence we only got 2 cups out of it, because of the amount of loose tea in there. I think I have been spoiled by the superior standard of the rooms, when we have stayed before....I just presumed all their rooms would be like this

酒店環境衛生情況不錯，有提供洗頭水和沐浴露等等一般備品，床褥也很不錯，空間也夠大。酒店職員態度親切。推薦！

除了床上有幾個髒兮兮的巧克力瓶蓋和房間裡遺留的幾件其他東西（包括自上一位客人入住後一直沒有重置而無法使用的保險箱）外，一切都很好。 上述詳述的唯一問題是，床根本沒有被徹底清潔，而且我無法將貴重物品留在房間裡。 接待處的兩個男孩盡心盡力地提供了便利設施，並很樂意免費為我們提供咖啡和水。我的朋友身體也不舒服，我非常感激這一點。 如果床更乾淨、保險箱可以使用的話，我會給 5/5 的評價。遺憾的是，找房間和離開酒店都令人困惑，因為我們進來的路上不久後就掛上了“禁止入內”的標誌，儘管每個人都繼續使用它作為進入電梯的唯一途徑。我們的樓層還在施工中。

我們有一個可愛的住宿。標準酒店房間非常寬敞,牀很舒服,房間很乾淨,裝飾真的很好。早餐很棒,有新鮮水果,自制烤麪包和各種冷熱選擇。白酒吧是食物和飲料的好地方。 工作人員非常友好。強烈推薦這家酒店。

位置還可以，8分鐘行到Lime Street Station，房間枱上有塵埃，沖涼位置比較細，但價錢合理，睇波住一晚可接受。

這是我們住過的最差的酒店房間之一,到了之後,前台服務員很愉快的迎接,大堂與泰坦尼克號主題保持了很大的個性,房間圖片有相同的主題。我們到達了位於漆黑的走廊上的房間(四樓46號)。房間很大,還有一些毛絨特色,如窗簾,傢俱,吊燈和壁紙。不幸的是,這就是積極的地方。我們的房間很熱,沒有通風,還有一個小風扇。當我們要求吹風機時,前台服務員提出要帶第二扇風扇,但第二扇從未到。窗戶連“安全原因”的裂縫都打不開,房間悶熱,睡覺極其不舒服。另外地毯很髒,浴缸和洗手檯上面的牆上有黴菌,牀邊的燈需要更換,毛巾架從牆上不見了。有一個小廚房,很好,但它缺少基本的東西(玻璃器皿,銀器,盤子),其中一個抽屜不見了它的前面。總之,房間形狀不好,我們很驚訝他們會接待那個房間的任何人。在大堂,有一個年輕人坐在禮賓台,當我們向他詢問方向時,他說他是安全的,不知道。他不可能沒有那麼感興趣,幾乎從他的電話中擡頭。顯然,屋頂酒吧不錯,但我們沒有去那裏。我們住過很多酒店,在談到我們的期望時,很容易相處。這家酒店有這麼多的潛力,但體驗非常令人失望,我們不會再住在那裏,不能推薦任何人入住。

真的很可愛的酒店,美麗的大房間,舒適的牀,所有你需要的冰箱,吹風機甚至長袍。早餐很冷,所以我不推薦,但酒店很棒,商店和快餐場所步行5分鐘。

The hotel itself (which I could see in the booking thumbnail) had a classic Liverpool charm about it. My room was clean, comfortable, and had all the essentials I needed for a pleasant stay. While not ultra-luxurious, it was well-maintained and provided a cozy base for exploring the city. What I appreciated was the **transparent pricing** — I knew exactly what I was paying upfront (£126.90) and what I'd need to pay at the property (just £4.80). The Trip.com booking process was straightforward, and having their price match and stay guarantee gave me extra confidence in my booking. The app's ”Message Property” and ”Call Property” features came in handy when I needed some local recommendations. The ”Manage Booking” function made it easy to keep all my travel details organized in one place. Is it a five-star luxury hotel? No, but it doesn't claim to be. Phoenix Hotel Liverpool delivers exactly what it promises: a comfortable, well-located place to stay at a reasonable price point that lets you experience the best of Liverpool without breaking the bank. **Would I recommend it?** Absolutely! If you're looking for a centrally located hotel in Liverpool with good amenities and friendly service, this place ticks all the boxes. Perfect for weekend city breaks, concert-goers, or anyone wanting to soak up Liverpool's vibrant atmosphere.
