本次麗江之行的開端並不愉快，因首日入住的凱悦體驗極差，我們不得不深夜臨時更換至麗江悦榕莊。這一決定成為了整個旅行的轉折點。 抵達時，管家Elin Zhou已提前準備好一切：房間温度預熱得恰到好處，細節處處體現專業與用心。悦榕莊的設施無可挑剔，但更令人難忘的是Elin Zhou女士的服務——她以真誠的微笑、敏鋭的洞察力和高效的執行力，徹底消除了我們的不愉快。 再次感謝Elin Zhou。強烈推薦！ Our trip started with a disappointing hotel experience in Hyatt Lijiang, but everything changed when we moved to Banyan Tree Lijiang last minute because of Elin Zhou. Upon arrival late at night, Elin had already prepared our room with the temperature set perfectly warm. The resort’s facilities are outstanding, but what truly stood out was Ms. Zhou’s impeccable service. Her attention to detail, warm hospitality, and professional demeanor completely turned our mood around. Finally give thank to Elin Zhou for service with heart. Highly recommended!
