房間有些年代感，不過該有的都還是有，簡介乾淨。地點有點偏，但距離市中心依然衹有十來分鐘，非常方便。希爾頓鑽卡可以免費停車，這對自駕的我們來說非常重要。

Odd, odd place. The location is very good and the staff friendly enough but everything else very strange. Horrendous decor. The shower room has no door and wall mirror angled so wherever the person you’re sharing with in the room sits they can see you, so that makes for an interesting experience. But I always give a hotel the benefit of the doubt if a good nights sleep is had which sadly wasn’t the case. There’s no air con or any kind of cooling system so had to sleep with the window open - but guests and staff all night smoked right outside main reception which is where we were. Also, the pillows were ridiculously flat. Not joking… we had to have three each to get through the night. There are better places out there I’m sure.

I had a two night stay here for a work trip. The location is very convenient to the EU Conference Centre just across the road. The hotel lobby had lots of comfortable seating areas (with the added bonuses of multiple power outlets for use). Room was spacious with good facilities, couldn't fault it. I especially liked the water service available for guests - still and sparkling water on tap and a glass bottle for that purpose. Breakfast was very disappointing, I wouldn't recommend paying €25 for the service.

位置在火車站附近很方便,加上離公交和電車站都很近。酒店外面的馬路上有很多施工,但不是問題。我們的房間大小合適,不算大,但開放式衣櫃/存儲空間不錯。牀很舒服,枕頭真的很好!浴室淋浴真的很大,洗手池很小,但總體不錯。插座/插頭很多,鏡子不錯,書桌很長。早餐我們沒做,所以不能這麼說。我們也沒有去屋頂酒吧。雖然大堂/接待區很小,但很溫馨,很新,就像房間一樣。一切都很乾淨,很新,很現代。工作人員超級樂於助人,很好。我們會很高興再次入住這裏。

Just completed a 3 day stay while in Lux on business. For me the hotel is in a great location - just 10 minutes from the Centre via the free buses. The stop is literally outside the hotel front door. The hotel was immaculately clean. My room was a really good size with everything you could need. Wifi connection was excellent. Final word is for the lovely people who work here - thank you! You could have not been more helpful or cheerful which is really appreciated. As a regular visitor to Lux and having stayed in many different hotels, this will be my choice of hotel going forward now!

這簡直完美,只有一件事,這個酒店值得10/10枕頭可以更好...太平...對於那些有感覺脖子或頭痛的人,這可能是一個問題,因爲第二天你真正感覺到你的脖子。對於其他,沒什麼好說的...房間很棒,非常好的隔離,breakfirst是我在盧森堡這裏看到的最好的(對於一家4星級酒店)停車很容易找到,餐廳也有美味的餐點。

I stayed 2 nights at this hotel for business. I got to the hotel from the airport on bus 29 and arrived around noon. Was hoping to check-in early but was advised the check-in time was later, although I can check-in earlier if I registered to be an Accor member - which I ended up doing although didn't really want to. The hotel is located in a quiet/more commercial part of town within 10 minutes walking distance to the train station and a short bus ride (5+ minutes walk to the bus station) to the touristy part of town. For a 4-star hotel, I expected a bigger room, a bath tub and a pool but the room otherwise had all the usual toiletries and coffee/tea making facilities. Buffet breakfast was excellent with freshly squeezed orange juice although it was only on the 2nd morning that I realised that the cold cuts were on a table at the back of the restaurant. Although breakfast officially starts at 6am, food was still being taken out from the kitchen at 6:20am. Reception was helpful with directions but after I checked out, I got a SMS from my bank notifying me that I had a Euro 1 charge on my card by the hotel - not sure if it was because I requested a printed copy of the invoice at check out because if that was what the Euro 1 was for, then reception should have informed me beforehand? At approximately Euro 200 a night, not value for money in my opinion.

This hotel was chosen due to it's location near to the centre and the station where we would be travelling in from Hamburg. The price was also excellent which included a full buffet every morning. Check-In, We didn't arrive until 19:30 due to late and cancelled DB trains on our way down from Hamburg! It was the fastest check-in we have ever had and we were given our key which also worked the front door of the hotel. Room, 305 was our room for three nights. This was a great sized room with a mini bar and everything you need for a stay including a super-comfy bed. The separate bathroom had a small walk-in shower which on the odd occasion the water flow was a bit 'hit & miss' so to speak!! No big dramas though!! Food, The food at this hotel is excellent! La Locanda is the hotels restaurant where you have your breakfast. There was a good choice of hot and cold buffet items to set you up for the day and you could eat what you wanted. We did have two evening meals here as well which were fantastic to say the least! My 'Calzone' pizza was absolutely sublime to say the least and the portion size's were huge!! Go with an empty stomach!! Overall, A well located hotel for Luxembourg City! The price is right for this beautiful city and country. There are plenty of buses into town right outside the hotel which the 29 takes you right outside the train station. Make use of the public transport, as at this moment in time it is free to use in the whole country.

首先,不太好。前台有一個工作人員不太友好。沒有浴簾,使浴室地面無法保持乾燥。馬桶很低。早餐區附近有很多黃蜂。枕頭超級平。我喜歡的是:位置 - 離盧森堡市中心超級近。早餐提供了各種新鮮和當地食物(我沒有單獨支付早餐)。房間寬敞,有很多電動/USB插座。房間裏有空調。浴室一塵不染,光線充足。牀很舒服。酒店內沒有聽到其他人的消息,雖然旺季8月入住酒店,房間很乾淨,早餐在一個壯觀的景色的地方。

The hotel is okay, the rooms are clean, the guy at the reception is nice, a bit without charm but you can live with that. As okay as the hotel is, the worse the restaurant is. The waiters are very unfriendly. The food is OK but at expensive prices. There is a real lack of soul in this place. Stay away, there are better restaurants in the area.
