We had a very splendid stay. Young Brigade in Reception, Restaurant was par excellence and extremely smart, cooperative. Room service, its mind blowing location in the backdrop of Himalaya surrounded by Apple orchard and food quality *****side ambience of restaurant overwhelmingly praiseworthy. We expect innumerable visitors would come and stay here in the days ahead and appreciate my feedback and memorable experience.

This hotel has good view. The buffet breakfast and dinner was too good. About 2-3 km from mall road. Well ***nered staff. Good service. Well within budget. Try to book through online portal like booking. com. Recommended for other travellers.

First of all thank u for having us sir. Positives: Clean, and breathtaking view on the balcony for the nature lovers it is definitely worth waking up or going to bed to that view, room was wide, beds comfortable, when asking for room service they were quick, professional and friendly. Negatives: Other than that, I didn't like the service at the desk, often there was no one available at desk when we needed help, and I came across language barrier finding people that couldn't understand English. The shower had no door, so the whole bathroom gets wet, there were no toiletries only small bit of soap, they designed the toilet paper holder in shower which is useless since it gets wet. Pricey, they charged extra for a room heater, pillows were small and soft which was very uncomfortable. For the view and if u renting a bike/scooter, it is worth it.

Very Good staff.. Nyc ***agement. And food is also delicious. Service is very fast.. All is good. And supeb view in the balcony . Housekeeping is very well.. It is situated 2 km far of mall road..they should provide us bonfire at daily night..

The only suggestion will be they shd add dinner also .

The view with the room is one of the best out here in ***ali, you wake up with the sun in your face. Sunrise and sunset are amazing to watch with a cup of tea or coffee and the bonfire with music is absolutely amazing to make new friends and they have the most friendliest of the staff especially the ***ager who gave the most amazing tips to explore the city
