We were pleasant surprised by our stay here; great environment, good studios, nice garden and the big plus… Johan and Dawine! A very warm couple that made us feel “ home away from home”! No question to big! A stay we will remember! Warm greats from the 4 Dutchies

We are grateful that we got an overnight place at Kairos Home with no reservation. The parking is safe and the aircon is in good working condition. Other than that Kairos Home however does not give the impression of a 4 Star Rated guest house. Although there is a kettle and microwave, the provided counter top can not be classified as a kitchen and it is definitely not fully equipped. Food can not be prepared there, but only reheated. The double bed mattress needs to be replaced. It is worn out and it feels like you lie in a canoe. The linen and towels are poor quality and definitely not guest house quality. The geyser is an interesting patent with a 30 liter tank which is supposed to be enough for a single person showering. The hot water unfortunately runs out after approximately 5 minutes of showering. The shower water also splashes out of the shower area and it leaves the bathroom floor slippery. Five Roses tea and coffee was provided, but no rooibos tea. No discount was offered for cash payment.

Stayed 4 nights, dinner, bed, breakfast and lunch packs. Rooms were clean and comfortable, food was good (lunch packs very basic). Parking was a little cramped, especially for large double cab type vehicles. Met all my needs, will use them again.

What a bunch of unprofessional money hungry people. Do yourself a favour and avoid this spot. Calls you after the booking has been made and then demands more money, saying the booking website made a mistake. Very rude people. Avoid at all costs.

Kairos Home is a great place to stay. Easy to find and close to the Middleburg Mall. Our hosts were friendly and very helpful. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. We would be very happy to stay over again.

It is very peaceful .It is a wonderful experience and they are very friendly people. I can recommend relative to visit Kairi home. If it's very clean and perfect service. Parking is well and secure. It is pleasure to be there.

Kairos Home is an absolute gem in Middelburg, each room is tastefully decorated with it's own theme! The owner is very involved to ensure each guests individual needs are met, nothing is too much trouble! Rooms are 5 star quality - Excellent guesthouse and I will be back again and again!
