Bel hôtel, bien situé. Chambres impeccables, sans doute refaites récemment. Restaurant sympathique et excellent. Personnel adorable.

Beautiful experience...breakfast was amazing had ***y option for kids and adults and room service was 5 star...i will highly recommend this hotel....fabulous view from each room has a beautiful garden...indoor games are also nice and musical programe is worth

The experience was extremely soothing and amazing. The staff and housekeeping team was very helpful the service were top notch. We had celebrated birthdays and the arrangements were very beautiful. Overall the hotel made the trip very special for us.

The resort is amazing... Very comfortable and cozy rooms and staff is very cooperative and humble... Amenities were excellent. Mulberry restaurant was special as all the dishes were top class.. We enjoyed a lot.. Swimming pool and game zone being an added advantage... Thank you

Well overall was good experience. 1. Rooms allotted were good( Though had issue with door lock of one room for which another room was allotted 2. Swimming pool was nice and clearn 3. Staff was very courteous 4. Extra bed could be better. 5. Parking facilities were available 6. Risa Bar experience was top notch with complimentary cocktails and mocktails

I think we overpaid looking at the service we recieved and the rooms as well .. faulty beds and premium rooms are the most basic rooms in the hotel... Start with the reception.. bad experience start at the beginning of check in itself . Very lengthy process and completely unnecessary.. followed by the restaurant lunch. Broken glasses .. water glasses broken.. buttermilk glasses broken.. breakfast was good and there also mixed services.. definitely happy with few of them.. otherwise over-all not happy.... Lastly at the checkout we waited for more then 20 mins to get the change of 365rs and when said with give the discount of 35rs and give back 400 or keep 65 and give us back 300.. they were not ready to do either... I rate this hotel less then 3* definitely ....

We all had a spectacular experience. The food quality and taste was beyond our expectations. We dined at Mulberry restaurant and we absolutely loved it and enjoyed ourselves. Shankar Senior was really sweet and excellent at his job. It was extremely attentive and dedicated to his job.

Lovely experience @ Mulberry restaurant, Mount Abu. Super delicious food with personalised service by Senior Shankar. Will certainly visit again & again. Must try non veg platter and Murg Makhani. Every delicacy was outstanding. Overall great experience
