阿克薩國際法布酒店-安泰裏東(FabHotel Aksa International Andheri East)

As the ********** had reverted to 1 person travelling after my initial enquiry at their place I booked them realised I had not booked for 2. Tried 4 times to contact either enquiries at Fabhotels or ********** to rectify, without success. Arrived at hotel was told we had to pay extra even though the initial room charge was the same for one or two. In the room only I towel, shampoo sachet, shower gel and water so I asked for extra. Given dirty towel which had obviously been used by someone else, lipstick and **********s on it as well as dirty marks. Bed linen looked as if it hadn’t been changed. Nothing was very clean the bathroom had a few sheets of toilet paper so I had to ask for some more. The shower drowned the bathroom in seconds so made it impossible to use. No hot water in the basin and no light to see shaving. Most of the sockets didn’t work, jug in bathroom hubby tried to use for shaving was full of holes. No windows in the bathroom only 1 coat hanger in the wardrobe. Bitten to death by mosquitoes. Asked for breakfast as it should be included told my night guy (sleeping on couch in reception) no breakfast till 08:00 we had to leave at 7 didn’t mention that before, no information in the room about anything as we would have brought something to eat. No kettle no fridge no idea where the kitchen was that should be included.

Had a very comfortable stay. Very nice hotel. Location is great and well connected. Looking forward to visit again with family. Rooms are good and spacious, food as well was great. Was taken care very well. Thanks to the team for the memorable stay.

Worst experience ever, booked a room for 3 adults for 4 nights which was confirmed via ***********. as the flight from London was delayed and we didn't arrive until 2am on the day the stay was booked for, only to be told there is no rooms availability. *********** were also absolutely useless to provide any assistance even though we had messaged the hotel to state our flight will be arriving in Mumbai late at night and we may require a late check in. Had to spend the night on the streets of Mumbai as no other places were available nearby until the next day. Will never ever stay in this chain of property again and recommend anyone who wants any peace of mind to avoid this place

We had made a booking in this hotel using ***********. Shortly after booking I received messages from the hotels account asking for money to confirm the booking. Everything had been handled through the app so I reached out multiple times via the app to try and understand what was happening. I tried to reach them on the phone multiple times, but I was never able to reach them on the phone. I then received a mail a week prior to staying there, to say that they had cancelled the booking. I made arrangements to stay elsewhere. A day prior to staying elsewhere in Mumbai, they messaged me via the app to say that they were looking forward to having me stay with them. I messaged back to say that they had actually cancelled the booking previously. Once again they never responded. I’m sure that they are probably a reasonably hotel and that this is just a communications problem between them and the app, but I did not enjoy the experience of booking this hotel through ***********.
