It was self check-in. Requested me to use the confirmation number or name or phone number. I tried but all failed. For my name, it includes "-"; however, the input system has no "-" for input. For phone number, as the foreigner, I tried my phone number, but the system continued to say "Found no reservation." For the confirmation number, ********** only sent me the ********** itinerary, while Kariyushi only sent me the assess code of the front gate. How can I check in?
Then I called for help, but the help desk just wanted me to call ********** but wanted to help me solve the issue.
